  1. Suppose there are 5 drivers (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) and at the same time 3 customers (Customer A, Customer B, Customer C) press “Book Now.”
    • Will the system send notifications to all 5 drivers simultaneously?
    • If one order (e.g., Customer A) is already assigned to a driver, will the system then send notifications to all available drivers about the remaining orders from Customers B and C?
  2. Additionally, I’d like to know:
    • How does the system decide which driver gets priority (nearest driver, fastest response, round‑robin, or broadcast)?
    • What happens if no driver accepts the order — does the system retry, escalate, or cancel automatically?
    • Can the system handle multiple concurrent bookings without conflict (e.g., two drivers accepting the same order at the same time)?
    • Is there a queue or fallback mechanism if all drivers are busy?
    • Are notifications sent via push, SMS, or in‑app only?
    • Can dispatch rules be customized per merchant (e.g., assign only to drivers in certain zones)?

If the driver rejects the order, the system searches for another nearest available driver and sends the order to them. The same driver will not receive the order again once it has been rejected. This process continues until a driver accepts the order within the predefined time limit. otherwise, the order is automatically canceled when the timer expires or if no drivers are available.

I am almost giving up on this app. It has a lot of bugs. I created a ticket and we went through the issues but never able to resolve it. Sometimes the app stop working without wifi connection. I guess it does not work with mobile network? It crashes when i want to make a road test. You guys need to help. i already spent money on it but it does not work. I also just noticed that you release updates a few days ago. I even downloaded it and sent it to my dev team but it is still the same issue. Please help.

The other question I have is I don’t see the option to pay by wallet. Where can I configure this in the admin? I see that the rider should be able to pay in multiple options, but I can only see cash option.

The only restriction is that you cannot resell or redistribute our source code on any marketplace or platform. 2. Yes, you can publish your customized apps on both Google Play and the App Store under your own branding. 3. Yes, you can deploy and run the full system on your own server. 4. Yes, you are free to add any custom features or enhancements to the codebase. 5. Currently, Revolut integration is not included in our roadmap. However, you can add it yourself or with the help of a developer, since the code is open for customization.

Hello, when I reviewed your docs, I saw Version 19.0 – July 29, 2025, but when I downloaded the file here, I got v18. Also, I can’t do anything with the “Flight Tracking Setup Guide” in your documentation because the lib/screens/FlightTrackingPage.dart page does not exist.

Furthermore, the Crips Chat configuration feature is listed in your documentation, but it is not present in the admin panel of the file you provided.
