Before making the purchase, I would like to know how much the system is editable, colors, logo, logos in the quotes, configuration for WhatsApp sending and how much it is configurable to make a webapp to use on Android? For internal employee use only, I would like to know that before purchasing it.

We’d like to clarify that Garage Master is a backend software product — we provide and support only the application system itself. The domain name, website hosting, and server maintenance are fully managed by your webmaster or hosting provider.

A website can be flagged or blacklisted by Google for many reasons unrelated to the software — such as outdated plugins, unsecured hosting, or malware injected through other sources. We have not encountered this issue with any other customers so far.

As with all web-based systems, keeping the latest version of Garage Master updated is the responsibility of the web administrator, since they manage your hosting environment.

We recommend checking with your hosting provider or webmaster to review and clean up the domain, then request a review from Google to remove the blacklist status.

Please rest assured that the Garage Master software itself is clean and secure.

No you are wrong. There was only your script installed on domain. No pluging no extension. All other domains hosted on same hosting are ok. Only the one which was running with your script blacklisted by google. Please accept your mistake!

Currently, job cards are managed in two stages: Processing and Completed. At the moment, the print option is available only in the Edit Service section. In the next version, we plan to add a print option for Completed Job Cards or View Job Card.

❌ ‼️ I am writing to you formally, but with complete frustration and anger, to file a serious complaint about the “Garage Master” system I recently purchased through your platform. This tool, advertised as a professional and functional product for managing auto repair shops, has turned out to be an absolute technical disaster from the very beginning.

To begin with, I have followed every single step in your documentation to the letter. I hired a systems engineer to handle the installation, who verified all the technical requirements. I have a professional hosting account with ResellerClub, using cPanel, which more than meets your listed requirements. And yet, the system does not function properly. The installation is unnecessarily complex due to multiple programming flaws and critical errors that appear across various modules.

I’ve faced 500 errors, PHP syntax problems, view access errors, attempts to read properties from non-existent objects, validation failures, broken views, and many more. Some modules work; others simply crash with every attempt. This isn’t an isolated case — I’ve read the reviews and I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I regret not reading them sooner.

Even worse, I’ve tried to contact your so-called “6-month support”, and all I get are evasive and completely useless responses, such as:

“Did you see the tutorial?”

“Did you watch the videos?”

“Did you read the documentation?”

Of course I have! That’s the first thing anyone does before even reaching out for help. What I need is not repeated basics. I need a real and effective solution, not a loop of automatic responses that go nowhere.

The truth is, I’ve wasted my time, money, and patience. I paid for the product. I paid a professional to install it. I’ve spent hours and days manually trying to fix the broken code — something I should not have to do because I bought a product that was supposed to make my job easier, not harder.

I am willing to give your technical team full access to my hosting (including cPanel, database, and files) so you can see for yourselves just how many issues your “Garage Master” system has. I don’t want more excuses, and I don’t want more scripted responses. I want an immediate solution or a full refund.

I purchased a system that was supposed to improve my shop’s workflow, but what I received is a defective, poorly structured, untested product full of bugs and with terrible support. I don’t care if the issue is with the template, bad development, outdated Laravel or PHP versions — that is not my problem, it is yours, and as the seller, you are responsible.

I demand:

A full technical review of the Garage Master system by your team.

A clean, working version installed correctly on my server.

If you cannot or will not do that, I demand a full refund.

Otherwise, I will proceed with a formal dispute on the purchase platform and publish a detailed, verified review on every site where you sell this product. I’m no longer willing to tolerate this situation. Support is nonexistent, attention is dismissive, and the product does not deliver what you promise.

I expect a serious, technical, and effective response that actually solves the problem — not another excuse. I’ve been more than patient. You have failed to meet your end.

Hi, I tried now, I added more service in J000004 and J000005 but the problem comes back. I processed the job J000004 and J000005 but the problem is not solved. Go from Employee to:

Employee > Job Card > J000004 > Process Job Employee > Job Card > J000005 > Process Job

We have thoroughly checked our demo site, but we are not encountering the error you mentioned. Please refer to the attached video — we created a new service and tested the full flow, and everything is working correctly on our side.

Our system is designed to work based on role-based access rights. By default, employees do not have permission to add services. In our test, we updated the access rights from the Admin side to allow the employee to create a service, and there were no errors during the process — everything functioned as expected.

We recommend checking the flow on both the Admin and Employee sides in your setup.

Yes the Complete Solution that is shown in the video requires a mobile app to be purchased. The web software, which is Garage master, is always required even for the mobile app to work smoothly.
