Is this a two-way synchronization to and from Perfex?

its perfex crm to n8n

Ok thanks for the reply, whats on your roadmap for this script?

i want to integrate facebook leads forms and whatsapp panel to perfex crm. Will this n8n helpful in that?

1. I want leads synch from facebook lead form or website to the perfex crm 2. after that i can synch that data to my whatsapp panel which already have webhook functionality. 3 I can auto assign the leads to my team round robin format.

is it possible?

Does it expose Ticket Reply Added with full payload?

Yes as per perfex logic

can you confirm if is possible to take data from perfex crm – sent to concord crm – and back ? Example:

1. Create concord contact X / Company X 2. Create deal for concord contact X / Company X 3. Deal from stage 1 to stage 5 4. Trigger Contact creation in PERFEX 5. Triger company creation in PERFEX 6. Create proposal for company X in PERFEX

this can be done use custom changes. however our addon works one way only. but our team may help you for your custom requirement. you can contact via support if you are intrested.

Fully agree with: elduquecarlos , this will elevate this plugin.

Is this an active project, or?

yes. we just released an initial version. many features will be added.

Hello, good morning

First of all, thank you for your work. I’m interested in using the module as it is (Perfex → n8n), but I would like to propose three concrete improvements that would extend its capabilities without changing the module’s original purpose, reusing native Perfex features and keeping it easy for non-technical users.

  1. 1) Reuse native Perfex SMS/Email sending from n8n (optional)

Idea: add a “Perfex actions” option so that n8n can request simple actions from Perfex:

  • “Send email using a Perfex template”
  • “Send SMS using the configured Perfex gateway”

Key point: fully opt-in, protected with token + permissions + logs + rate limiting, and disabled by default. Benefit: non-technical users can reuse existing templates, logs, and channels already configured in Perfex, without duplicating logic in n8n.

  1. 2) Easy integration with more events (core and third-party modules) without touching the core

Idea: a simple “Event/Hook Manager” in the UI to:

  • select events in human-friendly language (e.g. “When a task is created”, “When a ticket status changes”, etc.)
  • enable/disable them
  • map them to an n8n webhook

Additional improvement within the same point: allow the module to detect/list available events from other modules (when hooks/events exist) and let users activate them from the UI, without editing code. Alternatively, this could be implemented as an official addon such as “n8n_connector_bridge”, keeping the main module stable.

Benefit: makes it easy to integrate third-party modules and grow via packs/recipes without constant support.

  1. 3) Health panel inside Perfex (workflow/webhook monitor)

Idea: a “Health / Monitor” screen for non-technical users showing:

  • n8n connection status (Test)
  • last event sent
  • success rate (24h / 7d)
  • queue/retries
  • buttons: “Send test event” and “Retry failed”

Benefit: users can quickly understand whether everything is working, without reviewing technical logs.

If you like, I can share exactly which minimal flows would cover most use cases (leads, tickets, tasks) and how to present them in a very simple UI.

Thank you, and I look forward to your feedback,

thank you for your valuable feedback. could you please share more details via our support ticket.? so that our technical team can review it.

Would it be possible to test your modules? Is there any test panel or demo environment that could be made available?

Thank you for your interest in the module.

At the moment, we’re unable to provide a live demo because the module requires direct access to an n8n instance, which cannot be shared publicly for security and configuration reasons.

However, to help you understand how the module works and how it integrates with n8n, we’ve prepared a detailed video walkthrough that covers the setup, workflow, and usage. Watch the demo video here: https://youtu.be/wX8OrWOoLDM

The video should give you a clear idea of the features, workflow, and real-world usage of the module.

If you have any specific questions after watching the video, feel free to ask—we’ll be happy to help.
