However, for my specific business needs, I require a dedicated Hourly Salary System (not just as overtime, but as a primary salary structure for part-time or hourly employees like freelancer).
Currently, the system seems to focus mainly on fixed monthly/weekly salaries. I would like to request a feature where:
We can set a specific Hourly Rate for individual employees.
The system automatically calculates the total monthly salary based on the Timesheet or Attendance hours recorded.
If this “Hourly-based Payroll” feature is added or if there is a way to implement this, I am ready to purchase the license immediately.
