Any update with the followings?
1. merchant can set an auction reserve price
2. bidder should be anonymous eg. tu**an or bidder 1, bidder 2, etc.
3. merchant can set selectable payment type available for each bidding/checkout item eg. wallet, paypal, escrow, manual payment
4. a backend form for admin to create default description/specs form type fields (eg. text, select, checkbox, radio, file, url) for merchant in creating auction/item?

Hello can you check our support ticket? we are unable to validate our purchase code because of a previous acces denied error during the first try, and now it says our purchase code is already used and ask us to remove from the already registered domain. If this is how it works it can be really frustration to have to open a case with you everytime this happen and wait for days before your answer. As usually during test and dev, the script is deployed in a stage environement and can be move around. I understand the needs to secure your script but may be you could find a way to give customer right to reset the domain attaced to the purchase key. Thanks in advance for youru consideration. Hello, We put it in a simple way. Seller will add product, buyer will buy. Seller will get the payment and admin will get commission instantly from the selling. Amount will be in seller/Merchant amount and he can request the withdraw of money and admin will transfer the amount to the seller’s bank account. Thank you
1. Nice product, I want to ask, in admin under Bidding I saw under Payment Status I saw Partial. Does it mean customers can pay for product in bit by bit? 2. I checked the Merchant dashboard, i could not see how the shipping of product, how is it done
3. Also seems customer cannot add multiple products to cart and checkout
Hello, The partial payment status means buyer paid a initial amount from the total price which has set buy seller during the product addition (There is a option for set a minimum amount for a product). For the shipment this will be a manual process for Marchant, When a seller buy or bid merchant got their address and shipped the product according to address and this will be offline process. Customer can’t bid multiple product at a time but can do one after another. Hope you understand.

Hello, No in this script live auction doesn’t mean video auction it means the auction product you added it has a time line ( start time and end time), so live auction means the time line of that product not finished yet. Hope you understand.

What’s the difference between the regular and extended license? Is it possible to translate or to have it in multilanguage and currency? Do you have integrated the payment method stripe, paypal, pagseguro and mercado pago? How it works the process of the bid? the customer place the bid, when the bid expires the winner is the last high bid? How long the winner can have to make the payment? If the winner doesn’t make the payment, the second highest bid win? or reopen the bid again? Is there any shipping gateway integrated? Can I import products in bulk? How does it work?
The difference between regular license and extend are in regular license you will get six month support and extending license you will get 1 year support. There are stripe, paypal and razorpay are integrated and if you want you can integrate other. for bid winner when bid time close you can make a winner with height bidder, if bidder not pay you can make the 2nd one winner, also you can reopen the bid again. there is no shipping gateway integrated. So this works like this ways. thanks for your concern.
