Hi I try to validate my domain within Relayzo but DKIM refuses to validate. The values have been checked and 100% correct. Am I overlooking something?
If you are make sure your dkim value is correct in dns then you can update the same value within relayzo, dns entries fields are editable within relayzo

Since I bought this, I have been unable to install it. The message indicates that the application is unable to connect to the MySQL database because access is being denied for the database user. This usually happens when the database username, password, hostname, or user privileges are not configured correctly.
Even though I added the DNS records specified by Relayzo when registering a new sending domain, when I click “Validate,” it tells me they’re incorrect, as if they hadn’t been added.
I waited three days to see if it was because they needed time to propagate, but that’s not the case.
How can I check this?

Nearly 6 days ive spent on this damned system trying to get it to work properly. Still doesnt. Bounce Processing doesn’t work, emails send and then it completely stops. Constant back and forth emails to support. Not happy at all!!!!!
We are in constant touch with you via email and WhatsApp. Based on our findings, most of the issues appear to be on the server side. Relayzo is stable on other servers. We are continuing to investigate and resolve the issue on your server.

Make sure that your domain is pointed to the public folder within the root directory. This is where the index.php file is located and should be the entry point for your application.
How on earth do you do this? Seems a really weird way of doing things.

Hi Krish, There was a need to update the subdomain on our side since it was moved to another server without reinstallation. We’ve completed the update, and your old key should now work.

How do you set up a client’s domain to send emails (exclusively for them)?
You will need to create it at admin side and then assign it to client package.

Currently, a sending server can be created with hourly and daily sending limits, but it cannot be assigned to a client through a package. This functionality needs to be implemented.

You can install as many PowerMTAs, if you will use the same server it will overwrite it with new configurations. If you will configure the domains with PowerMTA then these will be used.
