Currently, the system supports only the rider-based delivery model, as it is built mainly for quick commerce / hyperlocal delivery.
A separate parcel/courier booking system (like independent courier shipment without store order) is not available at the moment, since that flow does not align with the current quick commerce structure.
However, in future updates, we are planning to expand the platform toward a more complete e-commerce-supported model, and at that stage, courier-based delivery support may also be introduced.

I have reviewed your Demo App (Customer, Web, Admin Panel, Rider, and Seller). Before proceeding with the purchase, I would like to confirm whether the following features are available: 1. Store-Wise Coupon Code System (Not Global) I need the option to create coupon codes that are applicable to specific stores only, not globally for all stores. Currently, if the admin creates a coupon code and it applies to all stores, it creates issues because sometimes individual stores want to provide their own special offers. Additionally, there should be an option for sellers to create their own coupon codes, subject to admin approval. The coupon should become active only after admin approval. 2. Upsell and Downsell Features with Payment-Based Offers When a customer adds a product to the cart, there should be engagement features such as upsell or downsell offers. For example, if a customer selects Cash on Delivery (COD), they must pay the full amount at delivery. However, if they choose instant online payment, they should receive an additional instant discount. This discount should be separate from and independent of any coupon code offers. Please confirm whether these features are already available in your system or if they require customization.

Language cannot be added dynamically at the moment. The system already includes predefined languages.
Customer Web & App: English (default), Arabic, French. Admin Panel: English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese.
We plan to add more languages in future updates.
Currency can be configured from Admin Panel → System Settings → Currency Settings, where you can set the currency symbol and position.
I just applied the update v1.1.1 posted today, 25 February, but I am getting a CSRF token mismatch when trying to verify the license. Note: My purchase code is correctly inputted . I am also getting Error 500 (Internal Server Error) on the customer web app. Please assist!

I recently purchased your Hyperlocal multi-vendor script By infinitietech from CodeCanyon/Envato and have been attempting to deploy it on my hosting (Hostinger, PHP 8.2). Unfortunately, despite following the documentation carefully, the installation is not working and the site consistently returns an HTTP 500 error.
Here are the details of what has already been done:
• Uploaded the full Laravel package correctly • Ensured proper folder structure (Laravel core outside public_html, public contents inside public_html) • Set correct file permissions (storage and bootstrap/cache set to 775) • Verified PHP version (8.2 active) • Confirmed required PHP extensions are enabled • Configured the .env file properly (database credentials verified) • Database created and tested • APP_DEBUG set to true • Cleared and re-uploaded files multiple times to ensure no corruption
Despite all of this, the system still returns a 500 error and does not generate any logs in storage/logs.
At this point, I need your direct technical guidance. Kindly provide:
1. Exact deployment steps specifically for shared hosting (Hostinger) 2. Any required server configuration not mentioned in the documentation 3. A clean, confirmed-working folder structure example 4. If necessary, an updated package version compatible with PHP 8.2

Its my recommendation, Google MyMap polygon area for delivery zones.
Admin will draw a polygon on the map. Save polygon coordinates in the database. When the customer enters an address, get lat/long. Check if the location is inside the polygon. If inside → allow order. If outside → show “We do not deliver to your area.” Use polygon-based validation (not radius).

Admin can draw a custom polygon area on the map, save the coordinates, and the system checks whether the customer’s selected location (lat/long) falls inside that polygon.

Currently, scheduled delivery is not available in the system. Orders are processed for immediate delivery based on seller preparation time and rider availability.
At the moment, there is no option to allow customers to select a future delivery date or time slot.

From the Admin Panel, you can view the customer list (it is available in the demo as well).

We need to enhance tax and invoice system as per Indian GST rules:
1. Improve invoice format to clearly show Platform details (Company Name, GSTIN, PAN, FSSAI), Seller details (Store Name, GSTIN, FSSAI), HSN/SAC code, GST rate, and tax breakup.
2. For food orders, use SAC 996331 and apply 5% GST collected & paid by platform.
3. Add GST on platform commission (18%) and deduct it from seller payout.
4. Add option to deduct TCS (1%) for GST-registered sellers.
5. Add rider tax configuration (GST registered yes/no) and apply 18% GST on rider service if applicable.
5. Admin should manage HSN-based tax groups and control who pays tax (platform/seller/rider).

If the user is an existing user, they can log in successfully using OTP.
If the user is a new user, after OTP verification they are required to complete the registration form (name, email, etc.) before proceeding further.

The manage/edit functions are intentionally disabled in demo mode. That is why you are seeing the “403 – This action is unauthorized.” message on product edit and some management pages.
In the full purchased version, all management features (product edit, configuration, order updates, etc.) will work properly without these restrictions.
The demo has limited permissions to prevent data modification.

At the moment, other SMS gateway integrations are not available. However, in future updates, we will add support for custom SMS gateway integration as well.
