Hello Again, are you open to collaborate to make this a greater product? Happy to discuss ideas to make it more outstanding, icrease it’s perceived value and give competitive advantage to your customers? If so Please let me know how to connect with your team. Thanks Marouf

Hi Marouf, I have sent you a reply. Have a great day ahead!

Sorry, your replay was not delivered, please check on your side if it was sent or still sitting in your outbox. Thanks. Marouf

Hi! Can you check now.

Under the Admin panel, there is no customer control. There is no way to fetch customer details.

It is difficult to run any campaigns, and there is no proper visibility into customer data. There is also no option to ban or restrict a customer.

It appears that the AI did not follow proper planning or requirement structuring while designing this.

Hi Vikrant, thanks for taking the time to explore the demo! I want to clarify a few things regarding the architecture and how customer data is actually handled in TruLern, as it seems you might have missed a few of the advanced panels during your testing.

1. Customer Details & Visibility There is deep visibility into customer data. In the Instructor dashboard, there is a dedicated ‘Student Management’ panel. Clicking on any student pulls up a detailed modal showing their Name, Email, Date Joined, and a granular progress tracker showing exactly what percentage (0-100%) they have completed of every enrolled course.

2. Admin Control & “Shadow Mode” The Super Admin panel includes a ‘Shadow Mode’ (User Impersonation) feature via a dedicated JWT payload. Admins can instantly click to impersonate any Instructor or Student to manage their specific accounts, view their exact dashboards, or troubleshoot issues without needing their passwords.

3. Running Campaigns TruLern has a built-in “Global Announcements” broadcast engine. From the Admin panel, you can send targeted email campaigns (via your configured SMTP/SES) directly to ‘All Students’, ‘All Instructors’, or specific course cohorts. It handles the mailing list distribution natively.

4. Banning/Restricting Currently, Instructors have the ability to instantly unenroll/remove a student from their courses, immediately revoking their access to the content.

TruLern wasn’t built without planning; it’s a decoupled React/Node SPA built over 7 months specifically for 98+ scalable REST APIs rather than fighting WordPress/PHP/Laraval database bloat.

Let me know if you need me to point out where the Shadow Mode or Broadcast features are in the live demo!

Nice Job, do you a plan to add a mobile app?

Hi Marouf_Balde, thank you! Yes, we are actually in the final stages of development for the companion mobile app right now. Keep an eye on the update logs over the next couple of weeks!
