Yes, I’m still working on AI Reports. I’ve added a lot of new features, which is why it keeps getting delayed. This module is specifically for projects, so it won’t be expanded further. However, I will add more project-related variables, such as sales, contracts, and others.

You know that although Perfex is designed for project management purposes like dev, marketing, etc., there are other users who use projects in other areas, with the support of custom fields. So, it would be interesting for the template to support variables like: {project_tags}, {project_cf_anyname}, {task_description}, {task_tags}, {task_cf_anyname}
Thank you for your suggestions. I will release an update in the coming days that includes all the remaining variables, such as custom fields and sales related features like invoices, proposals, estimates, expenses, and credit notes.
Any plans to expand this plugins functionality? It would be great if it could create proposals based on data added to the Company/Client. Or run a report showing staff members activity and details on who’s on top of all their tasks and who needs help/are falling behind.
It would also be nice to be able to tap into invoices, contracts and subscription data for a client, and use that to generate an overview for upcoming sales work.
Generally it would be great if I could go to a client or company, and have AI tap into any data fields (even custom fields) and generate what I need for sales meetings, upsell ideas etc.
So much potential if you expand

Would the AI module be able to generate a similar report of total hours worked and on what type of tasks based on tags,...
For example can we ask.
“generate a client report that wil show all tasks completed and the worked hours on them. categorise them based on the tags on the tasks.
Also create a section where tasks started but not finished are grouped”
the standard reporting tool in perfex is limited and we are not able to use the tags on the tasks to do reporting to our clients. is this module capable?

Can you make sure that using AI can we reschedule our Project Task Start and End Date. For Example A Project Start Date: 11/7/2025 and End date: 11/8/2025. All the Milestones and Tasks Start date and End Date will be auto populate with that Project date range.

As mentioned, this feature isn’t available in the demo to prevent abuse since the AI provider’s API isn’t free. If you want to generate custom analysis to try, you’ll need to purchase the full module. Thanks for understanding!

Unfortunately no, the module currently only supports project-related data.
Those module are important than project module, do not you think? As if you see in the Perfex Project module they already have like Gantt Report as default, then why some one bother to by this addon?
You must need to add the module report in very details by applying AI then sure some will be buy and even I can buy. other wise its just use less.
I get what you’re saying, and yes, Perfex already includes Gantt charts in the Project module. But our Project Analyzer isn’t just another report tool. It’s a lot more powerful.
You can ask it anything about your project — like what the risks are, how tasks are progressing, who’s overloaded based on timesheets, or help assigning staff. It doesn’t just show data, it gives you insights you can act on. The prompt templates are flexible, so you can get custom answers depending on your needs.
I’ll also consider adding sales and lead data in the next update — that’s a good idea.
