We have checked that you currently used the old version & now you have upgraded to the latest version so arises bugs because you didn’t properly upgrade so we have many times requested to you check via your email but you every time sent the same message here.
Many customers used the system & also upgraded & it works smoothly.
but we will check again and fix issues if have any bugs in the next update.

i want to use a service manage system via app or website for my business https://toituremascouche.ca , i want to send notifications to clients before arrival about time, workers etc and same for the employee side, work location, job time, work type etc and also want to get feed back from both worker and client privately and additional notes. is this achievable with this system and how it will work?

Hi good product but missing 7 items…can you please add to asset: (1) with GIAI, we should be able to add photo, video or files uploads (2) add custom fields to any table by owner and/or superadmin, attach to permissions in roles (3) integrations to bring in data from 3rd-party APIs into any custom fields (4) add extra menu items to sidebars (e.g. URL or page) (5) kanban to have work requests drag-n-drop in kanban lanes (6) notifications to clients, managers, owner etc with settings who can get them on WO updates (7) invoices paid by client using Stripe at a minimum and PayPal as well (

Any option for public facing Work order form? So non staff can create work order requests.
Also i see no option for pictures on Work order or in in parts
