Hi there, we are currently managing around 30 company locations in WordPress using a custom post type called “Locations”, where all business data (address, contact details, opening hours, geo data, etc.) is stored via Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).

Is it possible to use your plugin directly with existing CPT + ACF data? Can our “Locations” CPT act as the single source of truth, so no data has to be duplicated or maintained separately inside the plugin?

Our goal is to keep all location data centralized and let the plugin consume that data rather than creating or syncing additional entries.

HI, I purchased your app and used successfully on my staging site, I have now migrated the site to the live domain and none of the data is coming over, it won’t even let me save my maps api. I keep adding and then inputting the Default Coordinates and then it looks like it has saved but does not, once refreshed this then removes. It also will nto allow me to import settings, I just keep getting the error “Failed to import configuration, contact support for help.”

I purchased the plugin yesterday, but unfortunately it does not seem to be working correctly.

I am experiencing an issue with Google Maps. I have created two separate Google Maps API keys:

one API key for the website (browser key),

and one API key for server-side usage.

Both API keys have been configured correctly, and the validation process inside the plugin completes successfully. However, the map itself does not load or display on the frontend.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue or if there is any additional configuration required?

We are using the paid version of the plugin and are using the [ASL_FORM] shortcode on the page where we also have the listings and search functionality. We have recently learned that this form no longer allows anyone to make a submission. We have tested it ourselves and it just keeps asking us to ‘Complete’ the form even though we have filled out every field.

You can test for yourself there. The plugin, dev tools, network tools, console, none of them give any information as to WHY the form is failing or which field/information it thinks isn’t being provided.

When we use the back-end form we can successfully and easily add new locations.

Hi there. My map is asking for a validation key again. And when I enter it, it says its already being used. But it should have only been used on this site. Looking at license dc641ddc-9a9b-4182-9120-2828636c41cc for https://grove.manitowoc.com/

It was previously used for https://grove.mcommgroup.com/ when in staging, but switched over once moved live.

I’m experiencing an issue with my plugin that I’m unable to resolve. The problem started after a recent update. The Google API and all settings are correctly configured; however, the stores remain stuck on infinite loading, and the following code appears above the map:

I have problem on the ASL Search function by Google. The dropdown message appear: “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” when I trying to search store location. Good afternoon, I have implemented the plugin into my site and updated all the stockist information quite nicely. However, I find that the mouse scroll on the map affects the scroll of the page when using it, and one can’t scroll through the list of stores in the store list section. Is there a setting I need to activate to disable/enable these?

Hello. First, thank you for the great plugin! I see the value and potential. We are having an issue getting the search input bar to the width we need. I don’t know how to add screenshots here to show you what it looks like and what we need it to look like. We have tried multiple approaches to adding custom CSS rules, but the white search box is still too long. We can get the button to the size we want it, but can’t shorten the white search input box. This is the current CSS:
