I am interested in purchasing the plugin “ZKTeco Biometric Fingerprint Attendance System with Desktop App”, but unfortunately I have been unable to complete the purchase.
The issue is that the purchase link https://checkout.freemius.com/widget/21053/plan/35125/ is blocked in my country. When I use a VPN, the checkout page opens, but when I try to pay, I receive the following error message:
“An error occurred while processing the card. Please try again in few minutes.”
Could you please let me know if there is any alternative way to purchase this plugin?
Also, I would like to ask whether this plugin is available on CodeCanyon or any other marketplace.

Hello Amjad, Thank you for purchasing our HRMS application. I am glad you want to purchase the offline ZKTeco Biometric app as well. I would like to clarify that these two apps are not connected. If you’re under the assumption that these two are inter connected then that is not the case, the main app you purchased already has the ZKTeco module implemented.

Hello, Yes we exactly mean that the offline one is not related to this system. You donot need to purchase anything anymore. All the modules are integrated in the script you just purchased including the ZKTeco module.
You just need to connect the ZKTeco device with the system. All the steps are provided in the user manual as well as documentation.
Pre-sale question I tried the demo and I found a difference between the real clock in the home and the Checkin /out entry. I mean after I checked in the checkin time was different from the real time clock for me Is there any option to change it?
The time difference is due to demo time zone or system settings and is not a system issue. In the live/paid version, the time zone can be configured to ensure accurate and synchronized attendance records.

The time settings are controlled at the system configuration level within specific files or folders. Please refer to the DigitalHRS documentation for detailed instructions on how to modify these settings. Yes purchasing this gives you access to the ZKteco module, it gives access for all the modules, we donot have add on modules.

The ZKTeco biometric module must be set on web admin panel as well as the physical device as well, You need to enter the url of the backend to the ZKTeco device for those both to sync on real time.

You need Wifi To work. No need for USB Connection but you have to be connected to the internet, This is web based application so you need internet for all the features to work
Why is there absence attendance deductions when i generated payroll even though i have not set that deductions should be made for absence attendance how can i fix this
You need to have attendance present to generate the payroll. You will have to add attendance manually for those absent days if you do not want to count them as deductions.

Hello No you cannot see everything in the app like the superadmin sees in the web. The app is designed for employees only so all the features needed for employees are seen in the mobile app.

Hello tobalcruzhdez, You donot need to purchase services from Firebase as the services we user of firebase are free. However you do need knowledge on how to link the mobile application to firebase for push notifications. Detailed steps are provided on the installation guidelines.Hence hosting and domain are more than enough to connect mobile app to the server. There are no third party API you need to purchase for this script.
For your second query, No its not possible for multiple employees to clock in and out from a single device. This application is intended to be installed on each employees mobile device and they themselves perform this operation. The mobile app is tailored for specific employees as well.

Hi, I’m interested in your Script.
Before purchasing, I’d like to know if your system supports multiple duty shifts in a single day for the same employee. For example, one employee works the morning shift (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and then again the evening shift (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with a few hours of rest in between.
Please confirm if this feature is available, or if it can be customized.

Hello rahatahmedrafi, Unfortunately our script at the moment does not allow multiple shifts in a single day, however our script does allow for multiple attendance per day. So if you keep the shift from 9 AM to 11 PM, the employees and keep the attendance per day limit to 2, the employees will be able to check in twice as per your need.
If such is not suitable for your purpose, our script is fully customizable, You will receive all the codebase for both backend as well as mobile. You can customize it yourself or we can customize it for you for additional fee.

Dear, I am testing the application in your test environment, and I was unable to configure the workday + schedule. In my scenario, I need 4 shifts from Monday to Friday: entry, break 1, break 2, exit (8 hours worked), and two shifts on Saturday: entry and exit (4 hours worked). But I was unable to configure these four shifts in the system, nor was I able to select the days on which this shift will operate. Is this possible?

Hello jasminder1, Thank You for your kind words. We do plan to add all the features you have mentioned especially the break tracking and geo location. We cannot provide the exact timeline as to when these features will be rolled out but they sure will be. They are already in our pipeline. Regarding payroll yes its already present but it cannot be changed manually, you will need to adjust the values in the system for the payroll to be calculated. Hiring and Recruitment will be available soon as well. For SAAS we don’t plan to implement SAAS for this project right away. also for face its not possible to implement on this app itself as the whole concept of face attendance is to use a single device for many attendances whereas this one is installed on each users mobile phone.
