In the demo, I am able to see “Reports” under Contacts and Reports section. But when I installed, it appears to be missing. Is that a another addon? iif yes, which is the addon. thanks

Why email settings nmust also be set on suscribers side? Usually this should be set on the backend, a barber does not know any technical stuff.
If subscribers not set, then it will use the Superadmin email detail. In this way, subscribers can set their own email for whitelabel.
