I want to make a serious complaint regarding this source code and its so-called updates.

What is the point of providing updates if the app is still full of the same errors and problems? It honestly feels like these updates are only being released in name, without any real fixes or improvements.

Whenever someone reports an issue, your team first responds politely and says things like “we understand your problem” and “you are right,” but in the end the issue is never actually solved. Instead, you simply say that the code is too old now and recommend buying another source code from you.

If your intention is to stop supporting this project and sell a new codebase instead, then please be honest and direct with your customers. Don’t advertise this project as “updated” when the same errors still exist and nothing meaningful has changed.

Also, you keep saying that the new app source code is more modern and designed according to current trends, but honestly many people — including myself — feel that the old app design was much better. The new app does not have the same attraction, professional feel, or user experience. Its mostly white and pink theme makes it feel more like a casual girls’ game rather than a serious and professional quiz application.

The previous version looked more balanced, attractive, and practical. Instead of forcing customers toward a new source code, it would be better to properly maintain and fix the original project that many users still prefer.

In my opinion, it would be much better to clearly tell customers that this source code is no longer properly supported and that you want users to purchase your newer product, instead of misleading people in the name of updates.
