Currently, the package system works with credits (one-time purchase for a number of posts). There is no built-in recurring monthly subscription feature.
However, you can simulate a subscription-like experience by creating packages with a specific duration and number of posts. Agents would need to manually repurchase when their package expires.
For a true auto-recurring subscription (e.g., Stripe subscriptions), that would require custom development as a plugin. You could hire a developer to integrate a payment gateway’s subscription API with the package system.

Yes, that’s correct — the current package system works as a one-time credit purchase. When an agent buys a package, they receive a set number of posting credits (e.g., 10 posts). These credits do not expire — they remain available until used up.
There is no built-in time limit (e.g., 30 days) on packages at this time. The agent simply uses their credits whenever they want, and when they run out, they purchase another package.
So to answer your question: you cannot currently set a package to expire after 30 days. The credits stay active until they are all consumed. We will consider adding a duration/expiry option to packages in a future update.

Solved it by adding a slash at the end of the url ( ../sitemap.xml/ ). Google can read it now.
It’s weird. It seems it has something is blocking it from your server. On our sites, ../sitemap.xml/ and ../sitemap.xml are the same.

I’m still polishing a few details, such as automatically reducing image quality (images over 3 MB stop working), ensuring they are always panoramic, and applying an encoding I’m currently doing via the console.

1. Property vs Projects What is the functional difference between Properties and Projects in Homzen? In which scenarios should each one be used?
2. Mobile application compatibility I have already purchased the MartFury mobile application. Could you please confirm whether this mobile app is also compatible with Homzen? From my understanding, it is compatible with the Nest theme as well, which I have also purchased.
3. Credits management issue Regarding the credits functionality: As an administrator, I can add credits without any issue, but I am unable to remove them from the admin panel — only directly from the database. Is this the expected behavior, or is there a proper way to manage and remove credits from the admin interface?
4. Image resizing behavior (UX issue) I have noticed a difference in how images are handled across the themes:
In MartFury, product images are automatically resized correctly, regardless of their original dimensions.
In Nest and Homzen, if the image does not strictly follow specific dimensions (e.g. 600×600 or 800×800), it is displayed at its original size, which negatively affects the layout and overall appearance of the site.
Is there a built-in solution or setting to handle automatic image resizing in Nest and Homzen, similar to MartFury?

1. Property = a single, sellable/rentable unit (house, apartment, shop) with its own price and details.
Project = a development that groups many properties and shares common info (developer, location, amenities).
Use Property when units are transacted individually.
Use Project when marketing or managing multiple units under one development.
2. We don’t have a mobile app for Homzen, we just have 1 ecommerce app for now.
Developing a new mobile will take much time and money, we will consider it when we have more customers and revenue.
3. You can change it in account edit form.

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that the image resizing issue occurs only on the single product / property page in Homzen and Nest.
When uploading images for a product, they are not automatically resized and are displayed at their original dimensions (for example 1200×600 px). In contrast, in MartFury, images are automatically resized and handled correctly. I have been using MartFury for several years, and the admin settings for image handling are the same across MartFury, Homzen, and Nest.
I will come back with additional details and screenshots as soon as I return to the office.
Separately, I would also like to ask about licensing: Is it possible to purchase your Auto and Job modules as standalone Botble plugins, in order to implement them together with the real estate module in a single installation?
I am aware that combining similar modules may require custom code and route adjustments, which is not an issue. My question is whether these modules can be purchased separately as plugins, or if they are available only as part of a full theme.

I am willing to purchase the Carento theme, but my intention is NOT to use its frontend design. I only need the Auto module functionality (database structure, models, controllers, routes, admin features), so I can integrate it into my existing Homzen-based website.
I have already tried to extract and reuse a module from Nest into Homzen, but as expected, there are many dependencies between the theme and the module (authentication, helpers, routes, views, etc.), which makes this difficult without guidance.
My questions are: 1. Is there a recommended or documented way to reuse only the Auto module logic from Carento in another Botble installation? 2. Are there specific dependencies that must be kept in order for the Auto module to work correctly? 3. Would you recommend any best practices for integrating the Auto module into an existing theme (Homzen), without using Carento’s frontend UI?
I understand that this may require custom development and adjustments, which is not an issue for me. I just want to make sure I follow the correct approach.

You need to learn from our existing theme and apply it to another theme, we don’t have another way for now.
Each plugin require a theme integration to make it work in front theme properly and must be done from theme, we can’t make it works from plugin, it will make our script more complex and load slower.
Summary, there is no other ways, you need to learn how we did for platform/themes/car-rentals and platform/themes/carento, then apply to your site if you want to use it in your site.

1. Room labels (Bathrooms, Bedrooms, etc.) I need to change the labels such as Bathrooms, Bedrooms, and related fields directly from the code or configuration. These options are not visible in the admin panel, and I cannot identify where they are defined (language files, views, configs, or database).
2. Pricing / Plan package The pricing plan (payment package) is also not accessible or editable from the admin panel, and I cannot find where it is handled in the theme structure or core logic. The same situation applies to the Carento & Homzen theme.

Just create your theme in platform/themes, then it will have more themes for selection in Appearance → Themes.

2. Yes, when an agent posts a new listing, the moderation status of that post is pending, and it’s just shown on your site once it’s approved by admin, you can enable/disable this option in Settings → Real Estate → Accounts.
3. No, it’s the same login page. Admin can see the list of buyers/seekers in Admin → Accounts.
4. Yes, admin can see all listings in Admin → Real Estate → Properties.
