Yes, the admin can create and train chatbots directly from live chat interactions. The system supports RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), so your chatbot responses are powered by your own training data for accurate and contextual answers.

This is a full-stack Next.js application, so a VPS is recommended. However, if your hosting provider doesn’t support VPS, no worries—you can deploy it on Vercel for free in just 5–10 minutes.

Regarding social media automation (including Telegram and WhatsApp marketing), it’s already in our roadmap and will be included in upcoming updates.
