Seems,just in case you are not aware,many mainstream payment providers are now refusing to accept payments from 3rd music services like those created with your type of script,maybe its time to move beyond those payment processing companies and embracing more open sources options like https://btcpayserver.org/ for example so we as end users can stop being held hostage by these greedy companies like Paypal or Stripe.
Please why is update taking so long?
Im very disappointed in this script,while the script maybe stable as developer keeps assuring all end users with,thats the not the point,you guys havent added any new features in over close to 1 year and with all the rapid webflow occuring with AI,this means ths script while once again”stable” is pretty much tech outdated and we as end users,have lost the race to AI..AI is making it quite clear,its here to stay and not embracing or taking advantage of it,is script suicide.So while its taking you guys months to add new features or updates,those same features were/are already available via AI,thus making it a no brainer to ask,why should anyone continue to depend on a script,that not only sells all the good features individually,but also takes forever adding new features,that actaully stand a chance of beating AI hands down.I really dont understand the mindset of wanting to loose ground to AI this way!As anyone can witness,the author is away for close to 3 weeks,which will add another 1 or more,waiting on a so called update or if you need some type of support assistance and are running a business with it,you are pretty much on your own or out of luck,So with that stated “Caveat emptor” to all potencial buyers!

No, the script is not dead or abandoned. It is currently quite stable, although we haven’t been able to add new features for a while. We have a major update coming in a few months, with expanded GDPR support and lots of new features!

Ever since i got your script, my site (random pages) always says page not found and have to reload it to work, i noticed your demo does that sometimes. but now its more frequent. How to fix?
I have added a tracking code to my index page for a affiliate program i have but my issue that site strips the query parameter in the tracking link. can you guide me on editing the code so it does’t redirect the homepage.

on mobile play menu comes over queue and lyrics. Built in FFMPEG cannot convert to music 64, 128 ETC ETC versions. S3 compatible storages has a problem. I upload music but it does not playable on website. Possibly issue is causing HLS encryption and audio processing. before process and encrypt it uploads. I am not sure. Also script changes regularly file permissions and makes the script useless.

Still exist after deleting a song, HLS enabled, Built-in FFMPEG activated, formatting songs to all 64,128,240 etc.
Tried on localhost. Remote host completely unusable at this point.
But script and effort awesome behind it. I can help you with feedback to built a better product.
An update, i guess bug has been fixed. on your previous release but something causes that issue, such as uploading a new song on a low end CPU (N100) which takes time for ffmpeg process. makes other songs unavailable
never mind script works properly. After switching explorer problem has been solved. you can ignore that explorer’s (opera + brave) user count. in general. Thanks for this beautiful script
Suggestion for Future Updates
First of all, thank you for your continuous work on this product.
I would like to suggest a few improvements for upcoming updates:
MercadoPago Integration (MercadoLibre): It would be very valuable to include MercadoPago as a payment method in a future version. It is one of the most widely used payment platforms in South America and would significantly expand the product’s reach and commercial potential in this region.
Guided Mode / Onboarding Tour: A step-by-step guided mode to help users better understand the main functionalities. This would greatly improve the user experience, especially for first-time users, and reduce the learning curve.
I believe these additions would make the product more competitive and attractive for a broader international market.

Inquiry on Audiobooks: I have the audiobooks plugin activated but notice there’s no Manager Role like Artist & Podcast. So if I wanted to allow authors to sell audiobooks how would I manage fees & royalty? Any responses appreciated.
Follow-up: It doesn’t look possible to control what’s uploaded for a User Role. If Upload Content is enabled then Upload Podcast & Music become available with source options. Usage Scenario: This may seem more like a request, but say I want to create a Podcast Creator User Role but limit what Categories they’re able to upload to. The way it stands right now that Podcast user would be able to upload podcasts to any category that’s available and that’s fine but what if categories were classified different from others. I’d go so far as to say I want to create a list of shows and allow creators to upload they’re own episodes to that show. Same for Music Genres. Not sure why Audiobooks is missing as an upload option. Any responses appreciated.

Radio and Audiobook do not allow users to upload content. Only admins and moderators can manually add content or use automation features to import it. Since users cannot upload radio or audiobook content, there is no manager role for them either. You can find more information here: https://support.busyowl.co/documentation/adding-content-and-media
Although we have not mentioned upload features in the plugin descriptions and demos are available, if you were under the impression that users could upload, we can offer you a refund for these two plugins.
Regarding your second request, we may be able to implement this as a customization. At the moment, after artists or podcasters complete the verification process (if required), they can upload to any category.

Sucks to hear about Audiobooks & Radio. No refund needed. Maybe I can put the cost of those two towards the customization cost as it has a higher priority. I might end up treating audiobooks as music and creating separate plans for authors. This should probably be a feature of the platform. Although poor, I’m willing to receive a quote for the customization. Any assistance is appreciated.

Limiting uploads based on plan access to a category or genre should be a core feature of this script. It’s probably the most important feature as it allows owners to create plans with upsells or OTOs to additional categories or genres. Since audiobooks & music use audio files I’m going to try to push the sell of audiobooks through the music channel of this script. Please consider implementing this change for all. Please:)

I have a great deal of respect for your work over the past two years. I truly enjoy this script, and that is precisely why I decided to finally reach out. For a long time, I assumed this was just a minor bug, but after testing the current and latest versions of the software, I can see that the issue still persists.
One of my favorite bands is True Loves (sometimes listed as The True Loves). Whenever I search for them in RKHM, the results are problematic. In the past, this would occasionally return a 404 error. Currently, the page loads but shows incomplete content, with no proper listings at all. This issue does not occur on Spotify, where the full discography is available without any problems.
I have also noticed that this behavior affects other artists and bands that are less mainstream, such as Black Pumas, The Blue Stones, Black Pistol Fire, or similar acts. In many cases, albums or full discographies are hidden or missing. Sometimes only one or two tracks are listed, and in some cases, nothing appears at all.
I must admit that, after all this time, the experience has become disappointing. I did not open a support ticket, as I preferred to wait for updates. However, even after testing the newest releases, the same issues remain. Perhaps this is not a bug but a limitation of the project.
Either way, I wanted to leave this feedback here, as I believe it is important.

The search issue will be fixed in the next update. We have reworked the entire search system again. The other issue is a bug, not a limitation. A friend who is using the script reported a problem that seems very similar to the one you are describing. However, this friend is using a lot of customizations on their website, so we thought it might be related to that.
