They offer free install but don’t actually have the expertise to SSH or regularly login to WHM or Cpanels and do the installs. The documentation says it has .env files and other files yet it is dated in 2021. This is 2026 and the documentation has clearly changed but they will not update the manual so a new user can perform the task without their help. The software seems to be robust but is useless when everytime i finally get it working the code is exploited and hackers can gain access.
When i extract the Source file there is no .env file yet in the documentation it says there is one. The documentation is not exactly current and needs to be updated if you don’t want to assist with installation. I’ve had six cases closed in the Rocketsoft CRM.

1- We clearly explained the free installation conditions in the product description.
If you are qualified, you can get this service without any limitations.
2- The installation method was not changed since we released the product, so there was no change required to the documentation.
3- You purchased the product about 7 months ago, and your support history is clear. You have no ticket without a response.
4- The env file is available in the package. Please make sure to enable “dot” files visibility on your PC and cPanel.

This is the package used by 8K clients, and there are no problems with the official package.

I do not have support for Rocket LMS however I do have support for Universal Plugins Bundle for Rocket LMS and they work in tandem. You would rather respond to my CodeCanyon public posts versus fix the problems clearly outlined in the CRM. You also stated you don’t work on Fridays yet here you are responding on Friday to Code Canyon instead of helping me. Yes, I have not have help with getting the install to work in 7 months and that is appalling. You will not provide an IP so I can whitelist your country. You’ve been given all access to CPanel, SSH, and WHM however the only thing you have said in 7 months is that you cannot login. It has been 7 months and you cannot login. I did not get your assistance for the entire 6 months i had LMS support and that is all that I want.
Here is our message on CRM that is for 17 days ago. I hope it is clear to you that we have no problems with your support process from the beginning. Although your case is related to Rocket LMS.
