Hi, my websites are giving error 500 when i try to download a video, from 2 days and licenses are showing as in-active on both sites in dashboard.
Please help me out, everything was working fine from a few months!

The installation problem has been resolved and the website is now running correctly on my server.
However, the download process is still not working. When a user attempts to download a video, the system redirects to a CodeCanyon URL instead of providing the file.
The license is already activated, and the rest of the platform seems to operate normally.
Additionally, I updated the branding assets. The logo, favicon, and cover were replaced, but only the logo is visible on the website. The favicon and cover do not appear to change.
Could you please review what might be preventing the downloader from generating the proper link and why the other visual assets are not updating?

Hello, the installation worked great. It took a while, but it was pretty easy. I just have one problem: When I download a video, it should appear in the popular videos list, and it does, but a placeholder image is displayed instead of the video thumbnail. The proxy is already connected, and I’ve added enough credit to my account.
