I purchased your script ecommerceGO from CodeCanyon and I am currently trying to install it again on a new domain.

Earlier I tested the script on another domain for development purposes. Now when I try to install it on my new domain, the installer shows this message:

“This purchase key already used please contact with author”

It seems the purchase code is still linked with the previous domain. Since I am the legitimate buyer of the script, I kindly request you to reset or release the license so I can activate it on my new domain.

I’m interested in purchasing eCommerceGo, but I have a few important questions before proceeding.

1) Pricing Updates & Existing Subscribers If, for example, 10 users subscribe to a plan priced at $10/month, and later I increase the price to $15/month, will the existing subscribers continue paying $10, or will their subscription automatically update to $15? If the price does not change automatically, what is the proper way to increase the subscription price for existing users?

2) Multiple Free Plans Is it possible to create more than one free plan? For example, different types of free plans with different limitations?

3) Plan Features Visibility On the pricing page, how can potential customers clearly see which modules are enabled and which are disabled in each plan? Is there a comparison table or a clear way to display active and inactive modules for each plan?

4) PayPal Recurring Payments If PayPal is used as the subscription payment method, are payments automatically charged every month (recurring billing), or does the customer need to manually log in and pay each time? Does the system support PayPal Subscriptions / Billing Agreements?

5) Currencies & PayPal Compatibility How can I add new currencies if some are missing? If a store uses a currency that PayPal does not support (for example EGP), does the system automatically convert the amount to a supported currency (like USD) at checkout, or will the payment fail?

I would appreciate your clarification on these points before making the purchase.

2. UPGRADE PATH FOR COMPLIANCE: If I purchase the Regular License now for development and testing (without charging any end-users), can I upgrade to the Extended License later BEFORE going live commercially?
