Yes, pet sitters have full flexibility to set their own pricing. Check the demo 3. The script is license-based, so it is not fully open source. You will receive the necessary files to run and manage the system, but not 100% of the source code.

I think what is missing here is timer, so when user provide service to another user it is fair for both sides and no side get less or pay more than it has to.
I mean, when user starts providing service to another user, it starts the timer and pay how much the service lasted.
