I am evaluating Atlas for a directory project with approximately 2.2 million records.

Before purchasing, I need precise technical confirmation on database structure and query performance.

Please answer these points as specifically as possible:

Database structure In which tables are listings stored? Are critical fields such as waldec, siret, category, subcategory, region, department, city, state/status stored as real SQL columns? Indexes Is there an index on waldec? Is there an index on siret? Are there indexes for common filtered search fields such as category, department, city, status? Exact identifier search What SQL query is used for an exact search on a field like waldec = ‘W011000144’? Can you provide the EXPLAIN plan for that query? Filtered search What query is used for a search combining: category + department + keyword + pagination Can you provide the EXPLAIN plan for this query as well? Text search Is keyword search based on SQL LIKE, FULLTEXT, or another search engine? Is exact identifier search separated from text search logic? Large CSV import Does CSV import work in batches? Can it resume after failure? Can it update existing records based on a unique key such as waldec? Is there any recommended practical limit per import file? Large dataset validation Have you tested Atlas with 500k+, 1M+, or more listings? If yes, can you provide any evidence: video, benchmark, SQL screenshots, admin screenshots, or search response times?

I am not asking whether the script “can support millions of listings” in theory. I need to know whether the actual database design and search queries are suitable for this scale.

It has not been tested with 1 million+ data, so it is not possible to provide confirmed information on this matter. However, none of our other customers have reported any related issues so far.

At the moment, creating a completely new custom home page is not available. However, you can start and operate a specific business type, such as a real estate business, using the existing structure.

Regarding agent access, users initially register as regular customers. After signing in, they will find an option in the customer panel to become an agent. From there, they can purchase a subscription plan, and once the subscription is activated, their account is automatically upgraded to an agent profile.

This process ensures a simple and secure way to manage agent registration and access within the platform.

Hello and good day.

I would like to ask about the opening hours displayed in the profile. Currently, they are shown in AM/PM format. In Germany, the 24-hour format is standard (e.g. 18:45, 22:30).

Is there a way to switch the time display to the 24-hour format?

Apart from that, the script is really great. The only thing holding me back from purchasing is the missing 24-hour time format option.

The contact options for businesses, people, etc. on the page could be more complete, rather than relying only on a scheduling form. Nowadays, people prefer to contact directly via WhatsApp without wasting time filling out forms. Therefore, the lack of a WhatsApp option on profiles is noticeable. Even the simplest websites offer native WhatsApp integration. Please consider adding this feature.

Please note that a newly added directory type does not include a separate homepage by default. If you require a dedicated homepage design for that hospital trolley template, source code–level customization will be needed.
