Here is my support question: I am trying to use the modal box, however nothing appears on my page. Is there a specific setting that needs to be enabled before using the modal box? Or is there any documentation available somewhere that can be consulted?

Hello, whenever I add a Teams element, if the person does not have a social media account linked, one is automatically every time I edit their bio. I can remove it every time but I guess it’s a bug / be better if it didn’t happen. Thanks.

For example Banner style 1,2 or Accordion style 4,5, no options available, as in Tabs, no option to change color, can I go around that through code or?

One other question in regards to the timeline – is there any way I can specify what I want to show on the timeline without a content type? I don’t have a custom post type set up for a timeline and even if I did, I’m not sure what fields would be required? Thanks.

Hi – I have no idea how to create an account on your website to submit a ticket so I will put my query here. On my homepage (https://www.elaraweb.co.uk), at the bottom, I am using the post grid, but the bottom of the posts is being cut off – see screenshot here: https://imgur.com/nBq03fY
Sometimes when I refresh the page, it displays fine, sometimes, it displays like the screenshot. I can add more padding to the bottom of the page but that isn’t really a direct fix.

Hello – I think there is still an issue with grid layouts. When viewing this page (https://www.elaraweb.co.uk/news-and-views/) on my iPhone 11 Pro, there is no margin bottom for each post item (Although it displays fine emulating the device in Chrome, on the actual device, there is no margin).
Also displaying incorrectly without a gap on desktop too. Thanks

I think the issue for masonry is turned on there. Can you please turn off that from grid settings.
Hi, I want to use the masonry layout, but have a gap underneath each post item. I turned off masonry, saved the page, turned masonry back on, saved again, and now it’s displaying correctly. Odd! Thank you
