Hi, I updated to the latest version, but it didn’t work. I deleted everything and reinstalled it, but I still can’t configure the language or manage the session year. Why? It won’t let me configure almost anything; I can’t even enter the date, unlike in your demo dashboard. Could you help me?

You can set or modify the languages from Admin Panel → System Settings → Language Settings. All labels throughout the system are translatable and support multiple languages. However, please note that data entries can currently be made in only one language.
For mobile applications, you can refer to our documentation for detailed guidance on setting up language translations.

Okay, I now want to use the Arabic language, and I have already done so. However, the external website still opens in English for some texts. Therefore, I want the website to open in the Arabic language that I added. How can I do this, please?
The website can also be displayed in Arabic. For the sections that still appear in English, please connect with us via Teams and share a screenshot. We’ll check the source and guide you on the required changes or updates to make it fully Arabic.

how attendance work ?? do you have any plan for qr code scan attendance option??

The attendance can be marked by class teachers through the application or teacher panel by selecting a class and toggling each student’s status as present or absent for a particular date. Attendance records can be viewed by students, parents, teachers, and the admin.
Currently, the QR code–based attendance feature isn’t available, but we’ve added it to our feature suggestion list for future updates. Thank you for the suggestion!

We do have parents in the system, and they can view details about their children as well as the activities completed and upcoming ones. They can also pay fees online.
While daily activity posting by teachers isn’t available exactly in that form, there are multiple ways teachers can share updates—like adding subject-wise announcements, assignments, lessons, topics, and more. These are all visible to parents as part of their child’s academic progress.

Unfortunately, eSchool currently does not fully support custom certificate generation like the design you’ve shared. However, the SaaS version of eSchool does include that functionality, in case you’re considering that option.
That said, eSchool does offer several built-in certificate types (such as ID cards, bonafide, and leaving certificates) with customisation options. You can explore these through our demo and review the details in our feature documentation.
Custom certificate generation is already on our roadmap for future updates.

Is it possible to add an update to the exam system that enables the student to know the questions that he answered incorrectly after a period of time specified by the teacher after the exam ends?

Thank you for the suggestion! We will consider adding a feature that allows teachers to enable answer review after the exam time has passed. This way, students can view the correct answers and see which ones they got wrong once the review period begins.

At the moment, eSchool does not support direct integration with SMS gateways like MSG91. However, the app includes in-app notifications for various events, including student absence alerts. Additionally, there’s a feature to send custom push notifications to users as needed.

When are you planning to add the Payroll and Expense features that are al ready available in your SaaS version of the app? Also, I noticed that the Timetable in the SaaS version is much better compared to the one in this app.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, eSchool and eSchool SaaS are two separate products. While they share a core set of features tailored for schools, the additional modules and updates are developed differently for each.
We’re continuously working to enhance both platforms while maintaining quality and performance. Although I can’t guarantee when the Payroll, Expenses, or the newer Timetable module will be added to eSchool, I’ve noted your suggestions and will forward them to our product team for future consideration.

There’s no teacher attendance management feature in eSchool by default. However, we do have a leave management module for teachers — if a teacher applies for leave and it’s approved, they can be considered absent for that day. On all other days, you can consider them present by default.

This eSchool product includes both mobile applications as part of the package. So with your purchase, you’ll receive the full Flutter project source code for: 1) Student/Parent App, 2) Teacher App
You’ll also get the backend code built with Laravel, which includes: 1) Admin & Staff Panel, 2) Teacher Panel, 3) School Website
These apps are fully customizable — you can change the logo, app name, and other branding as needed. We’ve also included detailed setup and rebranding instructions in our documentation to guide you through the process. You are free to publish the applications on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by yourself.

1. I’m not entirely sure what you mean by school fees arrears adding to new invoices. Our fee module tracks all payments made and pending, and parents/students can see the outstanding dues in the application. You can check the detailed explanation and video in our feature documentation to better understand how it works.
2. We do not have a public breakdown list of invoice items, but you can contact me on Teams, and I’ll be happy to share a sample PDF invoice with you to review the data format and details included.
3. Bulk invoice generation is not available. Invoices are downloaded after full or partial payment by students or parents (if allowed). Admins can also download individual invoices from the panel. Note that invoices are not generated as pre-set files; the fee details can be viewed directly in the app.
4. Yes, bulk generation for ID cards and result reports is available. However, bulk invoice download is not supported at the moment.
