Honestly, I am completely disappointed. While I was able to install the module correctly and create plans, the registration process keeps throwing errors — I have not been able to get through a single case where a user signs up for a plan and the tenant is properly generated as expected.
Is it really necessary to contact support just to run some basic tests?
The tenant creation process is plug and play when the documentation steps are followed correctly, especially on standard shared hosting environments where the required components are already available and preconfigured.
This is why your statement raises a key question:
Have you followed the documentation step by step, and if yes, which exact step is failing and what is the exact error message?
At the moment, your comment only expresses disappointment, but it does not include any technical detail that would indicate a product malfunction.
For example, the documentation clearly covers:
- The exact installation procedure
- Cron job setup
- Main domain configuration
- Tenant provisioning flow
If even one of these steps is skipped, altered, or misunderstood, the tenant creation will fail, even though the module itself is working correctly.
It is also important for everyone to understand that the comments section on CodeCanyon is not a support channel, and it is not suitable for troubleshooting. Proper troubleshooting requires checking:
- Your configuration
- Your environment
- Your exact error message
- Your setup steps
None of this can be done blindly or through assumptions.
At the moment, your comment does not demonstrate a confirmed defect in the product. It demonstrates that the setup has not yet been completed successfully, which is exactly why support exists.
If you open a support ticket and provide the requested information, the issue can be identified and resolved quickly.
The module is actively used by many customers in production environments, and tenant generation works correctly when the documented procedure is followed.
We will be happy to help you get there as well.

What version of Codeigniter do you use? Is this built with Bootstrap? If so, what version?
This is a module for Perfex CRM. It inherits its technologies and versions.
Let’s say I have purchased other addon modules like. With this multi-tenancy support, will I be able to choose for which kind of users which modules should be allowed?
Yes, you will be able to do so.
Hello,
Does the SaaS module require a Perfex CRM that’s installed on a root domain to function correctly? I intend to host the CRM on a subdomain (e.g., app.domain.com) so I can maintain a WordPress site on the root domain (domain.com). Will the SaaS multi-tenancy features still work in this configuration?
If your SA installation relies on a subdomain, you will be able to use subfolder structure for your tenants.
If your SA installation relies on a root domain, subdomains will be available for your tenants.
Hi author, does this work with cyberpanel?

Please Make SaaS Module For Rise CRM
Thanks for your suggestion. We will evaluate a pontetial implementation
$4289 is the price to sell subscriptions to our customers?
In order to sell subscriptions as any other SaaS product, we need to purchase this module with an extended license for $4289?
Thank you!
Hello.
A single license is enough in order to be able to sell subscriptions and earn money from your end-clients, using our module. But if you are reselling a SaaS-based software that includes our software, you need an extended license.
this is the one i purchase i created a ticket ,havent received a response yet
Hello.
Please bare with the support team for a reply under business days / hours and turnaround time.
I want to purchase the extended version of your CRM, and I understand that I need to buy a regular license for your SaaS. I would like to know what’s the situation with additional modules developed by you or other companies: will we need the extended license or the regular one?
Regular licenses do work in regular domains (single instances). If you want to offer those modules to multiple endpoints (installations), you will need an extended license.
Good day.
I want to sell subscriptions on my own website using the SaaS model.
Which versions should I buy?
A regular one is enough.
Prefix main – regular and saas modul regular ?
Perfex CRM needs an extended license for this use case.
Does this have prorate , how it will handle upgrade and downgrade of plan. Please suggest because i can not see in demo.
Superadmin can downgrade/upgrade a tenant’s plan from the dashboard. New plan is being handled as normal, by invoicing end customer.
Hello,
I would like to confirm the correct license type for my project.
I plan to launch a SaaS platform, where users can sign up, automatically get their own instance/tenant of Perfex CRM, and pay me monthly for usage.
In this case, do I need to purchase the Extended License of Perfex CRM?
If I also use a third-party SaaS module to manage tenant creation, do I also need an Extended License of that module?
Can I install Perfex CRM on my own VPS and configure it so that new tenants are created automatically for each customer who signs up?
Thank you in advance for clarifying.
Yes, your install case scenario would work fine.
And for it, you need a regular license of our module and an extended one of Perfex CRM.
is there frontend landing page ?
Of course there is one. And a WYSIWYG landing page editor
Can tenat post thier services to frontened Where is demo of landing page can I see it ?
Services are supposed to be provided by the SA installation.
Online demo can be found in item’s details tab of this page – click the demo button.
I have your saas module. Now, perfex crm has a new update, Current Version 3.3.1, and a new version is (Latest Version 3.4.0) so now when I update my CRM it show me 500 error, when i create ticket to perfexcrm they told me this thing
“As your installation is customised to work as SAAS, you will need to get in touch with the developer of the SAAS customisations/modules to resolve compatibility issues with the latest version of Perfex CRM; once they resolve this, everything should work fine.”
so now what to do ?
Please raise a support ticket within support area so our engineers can help you with your local issue – the same way you did within Perfex’s support portal.
Let me clarify first that my support has expired, so I hope renewing it will resolve the issue. Because if I purchase support and my problem isn’t solved, then what do I do…
As long as the issue is related to our software’s configuration, our engineers will help you eliminate it.
apa kah bisa jalan dengan AAPANEL? thanx u
Hello.
Yes, it can work with every panel – You just need to perform the necessary configuration, as per our online documentation.
Can we install it on a subdomain? Like subdomain.root.com? And have the tenants in tenant1.subdomain.root.com?
This is not something tested and outside of the functionality support, however, technically – this is supposed to be working fine, as long as the proper configuration is applied on webserver level.
is it possible to apply storage limit per plan?
You can place limits regarding functionality of the CRM’s controllers. Sizing of their funtions cannot be monitored, however, limiting a function (IE Projects) is supposed to keep space used under logic amounts.
Hey guys, I been going back and forth for 2 months with the developer trying to get this working, I have WHM & cPanel. I can’t get it to create the database and the data for the new account. Author keep saying I need to use root server account, I did for MySQL, it connects successful on the test – root user does not have a cpanel, it will only allow you to access WHM. So it says to enter root user cpanel access, how the - do you even generate API for cpanel for root user? I am so frustrated with them at this point after 2 months. If anyone knows, please kindly reply.
You dont need to use both ways – one is enough, to establish a connection. Unfortunately, comments section is not monitored by the support team – you need to raise a support ticket within the portal, for potential support questions.
Is it possible for custom work?
Sorry, your question is not clear. Can you please rephrase it?
Yes, of course. I wanted to ask if you offer any custom development services… such as adding specific features or making UI modifications. Thank you
Sure thing.
Please raise a support ticket after purchasing our item with your detailed brief about them, so they can be evaluated.
