Could you please confirm the full tech stack used (frontend, backend, database, libraries/frameworks, versions)? From the item details, I see React, Node.js, Express, Bootstrap, and MongoDB mentioned, but I want the exact stack and versions used in the released code.

2. Support & Installation

Do you provide free support for 12 months, including help with installation and setup?

If installation help is included, does it cover deployment on my own server (production environment) or just demo setup?

I saw 6 months support included with the regular license, with an option to extend to 12 months — but I want to clarify what support exactly covers.

3. Customizability

Is the source code fully customizable by the buyer?

Are there any restrictions (e.g., encrypted parts, external locked APIs, etc.)?

4. UI & Templates

There’s another Kanakku admin UI template on ThemeForest (Bootstrap/React/Angular/Laravel etc.). Can you confirm: Is that same UI included with this CodeCanyon app? If not, can this UI be integrated easily, or do you provide a matching UI with this application?

5. Licenses — Upgrading & Multi-User

If I purchase a Regular License now and later decide to upgrade to an Extended License, is that possible? What is the additional cost to upgrade?

Are there any multi-user or multi-domain licensing rules I should know about?

If I purchase the source code, is it a fully independent system?

Does it rely on any external API/services (third-party SaaS) to run core functions?
