Does the phone used in the WhatsApp Session ( Node Devices ) need to be connected to the internet at all times?
Because some Node devices got a loss of connectivity.

Your last reply was on February 2, and since then I have not received any response, nor has my problem been fixed. I cannot even access my admin panel, which is a critical issue.
My support ticket has been ignored despite having 25 days of support, and the way you are handling replies makes me worried that in a few days you will claim my support has expired. This is not professional behavior, especially since support is a paid service included with the purchase.

However, your server response time was very slow, which resulted in repeated timeout errors. Due to this issue, the team was unable to upload the complete fresh files through the normal process.

at last i setup app one VPS and it is showing status as online and manual message is working on node as well. Now when i tried to send message through API i got the following response. “No Active Gateway Found For Whatsapp Channel With Type Node For Automatic Assignment.” what could be the reason?
This issue occurs because the WhatsApp Node gateway is not assigned to the API user for automatic messaging. Manual sending works, but API requests require an active gateway assignment. Please check your gateway assignment settings or provide access to our support team so we can review and fix it.

SMS Gateways

@RadialLeaf I have reported pdf sending issue 6-months before approx, created a ticket, submitted details twice/thrice but it is not yet resolved. This is serious bug as it exposes server url which is security breach.

Please see ticket#214 & #37 opened an year ago. Added details for clarity. You can find the issue yourself by sending docs (excel, word, pdf) through API. The doc name is overrided by server url which looks bad and may lead to security breach.
