I am writing to request assistance regarding the activation of my ViserBank license. I am currently receiving the following error message during the installation process: “The system detects that you are trying to activate the product on an unauthorized domain or IP.”
I would like to clarify that I am installing the project on the exact same domain it was originally authorized for: nexpty.com, and we are maintaining our service with the same hosting provider (Hostinger).
The reason for this fresh installation is that the project remained inactive for a long period, and we unfortunately lost access to the previous hosting files. Additionally, a recent attempt to update the system failed, rendering the previous installation completely inoperative. Consequently, we have had to rebuild the environment from scratch.
Since there is no change in the authorized domain, could you please reset my license or whitelist our current installation so we can proceed?

I verified your claim with Stripe team . They’re saying this is not their Stripe BaaS API that includes Custom connect , Treasury & issuing . Your API integration shows only issuing API but neither “custom connect” nor “Treasury”.This is not gonna work .

Point is that your stripe integration is useless & doesn’t work b’coz it’s incomplete .
When STRIPE team checked your API they found that you’ve integrated only “Stripe issuing” but not “stripe custom connect” & “Stripe Treasury” API endpoints . Without stripe custom connect none of their API works as per Stripe team.
Thank you for the clarification. Our script does not use Stripe BaaS, Custom Connect, or Treasury services. The current integration is limited to Stripe Issuing only, and it is designed to work within that scope. Features that require Stripe Custom Connect or Treasury are not part of the system, which is why those endpoints are not included.
If you need full BaaS functionality (Custom Connect, Treasury, etc.), that would require a separate integration and is not included in the existing script.

We’ve used Stripe sandbox for testing, and it’s working fine. That means it will also work for live credentials.
Nope ! If Stripe issuing is working in sandbox environment without Custom connect & Treasury, it means that you can issue card for yourself but not for others in a multi tenancy SaaS environment .
But , Does it serves your buyer’s purpose ?
The purpose of adding issuing API to this script is to enable SaaS users ( businesses ) to generate cards for their business on a multi tenancy SaaS environment & not just for yourself .

Apparently, they purchase this script with a hope and then ask for a refund after they fail to go live . Then you keep giving them hope to get it resolved soon until them support period is exhausted .

As for this banking script . In order to make stripe issuing work you need to add custom connect & treasury 1st . Then try issuing with live API key .
Or else , simply delete stripe issuing and replace it with Moov.io which much simpler & cheaper than stripe .
If you add moov.io , I’ll buy this immediately.

Hi, I have owned your script for a while now. The domain on which I originally installed the script has expired, and I would like to install it on another domain. However, I’m receiving the following message: “The system detects that you are trying to activate the product on an unauthorized domain or IP.”
I assume this is happening because I’m trying to install it on a different domain. Now, I would like to know: if I renew the original domain where the script was first installed, will I be able to activate the script again, since that was the only domain authorized by default during the initial activation?
Our activation system is tied to a single domain/IP. If the domain or server IP changes, the license will not activate on the new domain or IP. So even if you renew the original domain, the activation will still fail if the IP is different from the one used during your initial activation.
To continue using the product on a new domain or server, you will need to purchase a new license.

1. Mobile App Sync: Yes, the mobile app and the web version stay fully synchronized. Any activity performed on the mobile app will instantly reflect on the user’s web dashboard, and vice-versa. Both platforms use the same backend system.
2. Card Creation for Clients: Yes, the system can create virtual cards for clients. We have already integrated Stripe Virtual Cards, allowing users to generate and manage their cards directly from the platform. However, physical card printing and ATM withdrawals across other banks’ ATMs are not supported, because Stripe virtual cards are designed for online transactions only.
3. Moov.io Integration: Moov.io is not included by default. It would require a paid customization if you need this specific payment provider.
4. Using External Prepaid Cards: Linking externally purchased prepaid cards to each client’s balance is technically possible but not financially viable in most cases. Each card would require loading, maintenance fees, and manual synchronization. It becomes costly and complex to manage, especially with full balance syncing.

No, this script does not currently support integrating custom blockchain or cryptocurrency systems, and it does not include a payment gateway for third-party merchant integrations. However, with custom development, it’s possible to modify the system to work with your own token or blockchain — including using your coin for internal transactions and wallet balances.

I also have a suggestion: during registration, you could integrate identity verification APIs to prevent fraud. These APIs can check whether a person has a history of fraud or financial issues. For instance, Stripe Identity and other providers offer such verification solutions.

We currently operate an online marketplace of two types of users, a) Company b) Supplier, and use the MangoPay API for pay-ins, pay-outs, KYC checks, e-wallets, etc. Can this script fully replace MangoPay for those functions?

1. Replacement for MangoPay: No, it doesn’t directly replace MangoPay or provide identical third-party payment gateway services. It’s designed for running your own digital banking environment rather than acting as a payment intermediary.
2. Multi-Currency Support: Currently, the system supports a single active currency at a time. Multi-currency support is not available by default.
3. Exchange Rate Conversion: Currency conversion features are not included in the current version.
4. API Usage: The script doesn’t currently provide a full public API for external integration like MangoPay. All actions are performed within the system’s web or app interfaces.
5. Payout Options: Withdrawals are handled manually by the admin. However, the system structure allows adding custom payout gateways through customization.
