Is it possible to synchronise appointments via ICS? It would be sufficient to simply block appointments entered in an external calendar. My software offers this option and I would like to synchronise this way rather than via Google etc.

Thank you for the suggestions we have plans to implement a dedicated page for a calendar view of all appointments and ICS upload for now, the feature for synchronisation for iCalendar and other providers is still being reviewed but for future reference this is planned for implementing – can’t say ETA for now.
Currently we are working on file attachments/uploads implementation for staff, clients and external booking form as well as making some fields dynamically appear depending on the settings in the external booking form.
Also API will be included in some of the upcoming version including webhooks aswell.

What is the purpose of the field Location/Address that the customer must fill in at step 4? Can you add an option to disable it? Can you make it possible to customise the fields in step 4 (enable or disable each field and determine whether or not it is mandatory to fill it in)?

Is it compatible with the SAAS module? That is, can chats be managed with the parent admin, and can tenants (clients of the parent admin) start a conversation via their admin dashboard?

Hi, we need to allow the person booking to provide pictures and docs along with their booking. Also to have booking pending approval. Is this available now?

The ability for clients to upload images and documents during the booking process, along with a “pending approval” booking status, is already planned for an upcoming update. At the moment, there is no confirmed ETA, as we are currently focused on releasing the major 2.0.0 Perfex CRM Chat upgrade.
Once that release is completed, we will proceed with the next feature updates, including this functionality.

Ok. Those features are urgently needed in the booking process. As it stands now we still have to use external email and get booking confusion without the pending option to review the submitted, then we can add additional hours or add an additional fee, and agreement terms signed/approved before booking is approved. Understand?
It would be great if each service had its own schedule. In many cases, availability depends not only on staff but also on specific resources like rooms, equipment, or vehicles.
For example, a test drive should follow the availability of each individual car, and a printer service appointment should depend on the availability of that specific printer. Having service-level scheduling would prevent double bookings and make resource management much more accurate and efficient.

Hi, This is a pre purchase question, Select Provider: if there is only one provider, is it possible to skip Step 2?
Step 3: is it possible to remove the timezone field and set it automatically? Also, can the calendar be shown expanded by default without needing to click?
These improvements would make the appointment frontend even more user-friendly.

Hello, a nice addition will be if in the booking form the location could be a dropdown so the client choose from predefined location (office, online etc) and in addition to have a custom location for the client to write where he wants the meeting to be done

After upgrading to a new version the dashboard of the appointments keeps loading appointly/appointments
I tried to install / uninstall multiple times but it doesn’t get fixed, I even tried to fix it by myself and it is still stuck, it doesn’t list the appointments.
My Perfex is latest version.
I can’t post print screen here, but the Appointments Summary is fine on top, just the next container where you should see the appointments don’t load.
I hoped you fixed this one in this new update, I had this problem since the previous update.

I mean, there are groups of people in 1 room, and they need to book each turn. Is it possible with this module?

Hello, happy new year, I just found the reason for that, when you try to edit an existing service, but this service has already an appointment then in the admin area gets infinite loading, I can edit them from the database, but for sure is not this practice for everyone

Add a list selection function for addresses; Regarding the file function: It has been seen displayed in the module, but it is currently ineffective and prompts “This is planned for next update, will wait for suggestion from clients.” This function is very valuable. However, it should be noted that it may be necessary to set reading permissions for uploaded files. It is recommended that the file function be developed and updated as soon as possible.
Regarding the addition of the list selection function: The existing function allows users to enter specific addresses. But in reality, many companies have fixed venues for appointment matters, especially for events, where there is an internal logical relationship between time and event venues. For example, two events cannot be held at the same time and venue. However, it is necessary to retain the existing function that allows users to manually enter addresses outside the options.
