Hi, any chance you add Clickatell? not only Twiilio.
Hello.
We will consider this gateway for future implementation. Thanks for your valuable feedback.
Hi, I’m looking at Concord CRM, but before purchasing it, I need to see if it’s really useful for me. I need: - a module for sending marketing SMS messages; WhatsApp would also be useful; - a module for sending marketing emails with a visual builder (e.g., with Unlayer integration) that allows me to create campaigns and automations.
The SMS module seems to already be available, but I don’t understand how it works from the demo. I don’t see the option to create campaigns by associating contacts in the CRM. Furthermore, when I try to create a SMS in the “select call” field, it never shows anything.
Do you have any plans for an email marketing module?
Thanks and congratulations on Concord CRM; it has great potential.
Hello.
Our module is supposed to serve a specific need: custom sms actions that are not already included in the core. It’s not related to any marketing actions, but in the future, we might consider adding such functionality.
i think this module is brilliant. when you think about it, the same workflow could be used for email-marketing with amazon-ses-connection instead of twilio. this way you could sell another module for email-campaigns without a lot of effort. I would immediately buy that
Thanks for your kind words and your suggestion – that was noted!
Do you plan on making it more into automation – like sending welcome / confirmation emails for new leads etc.?
Yes, hooking around actions is on our future plans.
Hello, I’m interested in purchasing it, but it can be integrated with another API.
Hello.
Not sure what you mean with your question – but our module uses the built-in Twilio integration to send out SMSes.
Concord has a native 2 way email synchronisation. Is your product offering the same for SMS or is it purely a marketing tool? Is every SMS interaction logged, tracked and easily accessible?
Our module serves SMS actions – one way and through Twilio inherited integration of Concord’s core. And yes, every action is tracked and logged – please try its online demo.
