Hi, I have sent your three emails via support form but no response. I have recently purchased Power LMS and unfortunately i can not login admin panel as it required google reCAPTCHA. I have updated no-captcha.php file with ‘secret’ and ‘sitekey’ value. its still not working. Pls update me as its useless if admin panel is not working.

Did you tried this url? We didnt get any issue in loggin in, Also for now we have disabled the captcha. If you have made any changes in code files, Please undo it.
Now i can login Admin Panel but i need captcha. Please enable it as i need captcha to login admin Panel. I got ‘secret’ and ‘sitekey’ from google. I just changed no-captcha.php with value which i got from google. Please let me know what else i could do to use google Captcha in my website.
You can enable it from System configuration in admin panel, You just need to enable it and add keys in given fields.
I have enabled Captcha in System configuration in admin panel and put both (secret and sitekey) values in text box and save it. Still Captcha is not Enable.
On which page are you checking this captcha?
Did you get chance to have a look why Captcha is not working on Admin Login. I think student/instructor login have Captcha.

Anydesk is not easy to check and resolve, First we need to analyze the issue and thn we will have give time to developer to check so I request you to atleast provide FTP details with all list of issues.

Yesterday, I purchased PowerLMS and tried setting it up on my subdomain (http://lms.adsalitechnologies.com), but I encountered the following error:
“No application encryption key has been specified.”
I’m unsure how to generate the encryption key or where to place it. Additionally, I didn’t receive an email with any details regarding this purchase.

Please put the captcha keys from the System > Configuration module. Because it is using the config files, so putting it to database or env file won’t work

1. Where do you want to add iframe? 2. Certificate option is available, Please login as student and you will see the option to download certificate 3. Invoice option is also available if you are logged in as student.
1-I want to insert the video content as an iframe 2-i meaned, the option to edit the certificate from admin side. 3- i would like also to customise the invoice from admin side i don’t know if these options re availabe

1: There is already a feature to add the video in the course content.
2: There is no option to edit the certificate from the admin side, there is a predefined format only in the code which changes as per the logo and name of your system
3: Also for Invoice there is no custom option to edit from the admin.
PS. We can customize it for you in our customization services.
I’m still waiting on answer from the support team regarding how to delete,as an Admin, the “users” that come with the initial installation. The only option I could find is to “view” the information about the “students”... I need to start using this platform without “users/students” that are not mine.
