License & subdomains Yes, you can run the application on multiple subdomains of the same domain using a single license.
VPS with aaPanel Yes, the script can be deployed on a VPS using aaPanel. Many of our customers are already running it successfully with aaPanel.
Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) translation Yes, the system can be translated into pt-BR. Please note that the translation system applies to the student, instructor, and admin dashboards. Public pages that are editable (such as Home, About, Our Team, etc.) need to be translated manually from the page editor.

Video sources: Currently, Local storage(App Hosting storage), AWS s3 and YouTube embedding are supported. Vimeo support will be added very soon, within the next 2–3 version releases.

3. Can Jitsi meetings be restricted based on roles (Instructor / Student)? For example: • Only instructors can start meetings • Students can only join scheduled sessions

Thank you for the detailed questions from your developer. Please find short clarifications below:
Live Classes Module: Mentor LMS already has a Live Class / Meeting module (currently integrated with Zoom). Jitsi would need to be implemented as a custom extension to this module.
Hooks / APIs: Mentor LMS provides a structured backend and monolith-based frontend architecture. Jitsi integration would be done via custom backend logic + frontend implementation.
Role Restrictions: Yes, role-based logic already exists. You can restrict Jitsi meetings so that only instructors can start sessions, and students can only join scheduled classes.
Class Scheduling: An existing scheduling system is available and can be extended to support Jitsi meetings instead of building one from scratch.
Mobile Support: The React frontend supports embedded meetings on mobile browsers. Jitsi iframe generally works on mobile, but final behavior depends on Jitsi configuration.

I’m assuming the reason Course Duration appears to be 00:00:00 when there is no media content the system assumes that the 0 Duration, it would best to have an option to set the duration manually when there is no media contents such as videos.

Is the 1 subscription to access the entire website coming any time soon or course bundle? Very interested in the subscribtion model where user pays for 1 subscribtion and can access all courses
Currently, subscription-based access (one subscription to access all courses) is not available in our script. At the moment, students can purchase courses individually.
However, we do plan to add a subscription module in the future, where users will be able to access courses based on a subscription model.
