In the current version, only staff members can allocate resources.
I have the SaaS module installed. Will this allow the Tenants of the SaaS to be able to book my staff for a resource?
All third party modules can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.
Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.

Hi there, can double bookings be avoided? I really need this to avoid any resource being able to be booked at the same time for effective resource management. TIA.
Your module’s copy shall work just like our demo. You are supposed to receive an exact copy of its files and functionality.
How can i use this to avoid double booking…when a staff has been booked for lets say 7am – 3pm…if i try to book that same staff for 10am – 12pm for instance the system should not allow me do that. Please where do i set this

Ok i somehow managed and add her into the staff member, and add in the followers, but then problem now i am facing is that when new comments appeared no email notification sent to the followers?

Its possible to give the clients the ability to book depeending on the product? In the case, they should see just if the timeslot is available or not.
Thats a module handled by admins, at admin area. Customers area is not involved at any way, at the current version, as the scope of the module is to help companies to outsource their staff members’ time, by providing an efficient way of managing their outsourced resources inside Perfex’s admin interface.
Hello, I really like the look of your product, however, does it have the ability of the external resource to accept the booking?
So administrator or HR Manager adds booking to a group Ideally, on booking, identify the number of positions needed. Whoever in the group is available to pick up the work agrees to it Adds it to the person’s calendar. Once positions have been filled – stop people booking on.
As this would solve a huge gap for us, or if you are able to custom make this plugin please can we discuss this?

Thats something not included in the scope of the module’s actions.
I do understand that this is a mandatory functionality for your business, but this is not something general audience considers as a deal-breaker factor, thus we havent implemented it at all, as there is no volume of requests for it.
Every CodeIgniter developer should be able to provide such a customization – our module is open source and follows HMVC architecture.

bought it…. added resource and booking… don’t see booking in calendar… also if i edit the booking the previous followers i selected disappear…

not sure what TAT support means BUT I AM a customer – I have put in a 2nd helpdesk support request 9 HOURS ago and NOT a word from any support team. I was to demo this to a client tomorrow and it IS NOT WORKING as per advertised… maybe is that why you have no demo? YES I AM PISSED off its been 2 weeks and it does not populate calendar – I have suppled admin login details and disabled ALL other modules…. PLEASE support your paying customers
We do support, respect and appreciate paying customers, but for the ones who ignore support policy (which was there and crystal clear prior purchasing the item, and you had the chance to check it aswell before placing the order) and our team’s efforts, it might be better to look for an alternative, more-closer to their needs software and vendor, to cover their needs.
The TAT of support tickets is 24hrs max, during business days, and as far as I understand, thats not working for you now because you probably missed reading it, prior purchasing the item.

So the answer is “no”, it is not visible on the clients side. The video and screenshots show only the admin side. I have to get there by deduction when it was enough to say “NO”. Ok.Thanks
This is not actually a “NO”, as there is no need to apply things on customer’s side, for a module that is supposed to manage the staff team’s outsourcing.
Adding things in the frontend is completely outside of the scope of the module. Asking such a question means that you were probably confused with the module’s purpose and just because of that, we prompt you to take full look of the videocast in order to understand the purpose of it completely.
I understand well the purpose of the module, thank you. There are many different business activities and some of these (like mine) provide exactly this function on the customer side. Anyway, thank you for your reply, I have read that you may accept customizations in private. Greetings

If I am booking outsourced staff, it seems odd to not have a way to schedule them against specific tasks… For example, the “Purpose” dropdown should allow the option to select a task OR enter a custom title. Please advise as this would solve A LOT of issues with Perfex and scheduling/planning resources for the different projects/tasks within the system and being able to see it in a calendar view with different colors per staff so me, as the manager can see what everyone has assigned that week and know whether or not I can add more tasks to their day/week and even have them plan out their own week with the tasks they are assigned too.

Bookings are supposed not to be assigned somewhere else, however, they do include extra notes, if you want to attach a related task/project in its description.
The best you can do to make your plugin much more better is to book a staff member related to a task. Is this something you can do?
