everytime i am going to create exam and add questions after adding few questions it shows 500 Internal Server Error

Hey bro…Thanks for providing the the Mathjax feature as an add-on. But, currently we can use it only for the questions. However, we will need mathjax/Latex features for the multiple choice options as well since the options will be in the form of equations and for that to happen, the Mathjax/Latex functionality should be there for options too. Trust you will fix this issue and provide that functionality. Thanks.

Telling me to “download the later update and install it” is not a valid solution when:
There is no clearly defined update package for the announced versions.
After installing v1.0.1, the system still reports v1.0.0.
v1.0.2 does not exist, and v1.0.3 was announced without a proper update file or changelog.
This creates serious confusion and raises concerns about the reliability of the update process.
Moreover, several advertised features are not functioning or undocumented:
RTL support does not work, despite being listed as supported.
There is no documentation or clear method to fully translate the system into Arabic.
Questions about color customization and font selection were completely ignored.
Stating that documentation “will be clearer in the next release” does not help customers who already purchased the product and are facing issues right now.
Please understand that:
Buyers rely on the accuracy of the product description on Envato Market.
Missing versions, unclear updates, and non-working advertised features are serious issues, not minor inconveniences.

Our project is already RTL supported. You need to create Arabic keys and need to add the flag from setting. Please follow our documentation. Currently our project is completely ready for en, bn , de and es but RTL ready and need to just create Arabic keys

Declaring that a project is “RTL supported” while:
The layout does not correctly render in RTL
No documented RTL switch mechanism exists
No proper Arabic language pack is provided
No full localization instructions are available
… means the feature is not actually implemented in a production-ready manner.
Also, asking customers to move communication to WhatsApp is not acceptable for official product support. Envato requires support to remain documented within the platform.
This situation is now affecting my project timeline.
Therefore, I require the following within a clearly defined timeframe:
A technical explanation of how RTL is implemented in your system
The exact files responsible for RTL layout switching
Database migration instructions (if any)
A downloadable latest stable package with version clearly reflected inside the system
A structured changelog document
If these cannot be provided, please confirm explicitly whether:
RTL support is partially implemented
Full Arabic localization is officially supported
Versioning is currently inconsistent
If I do not receive a concrete and technically detailed response, I will have to escalate this through Envato’s official dispute/refund channel, as the delivered product does not match the advertised features.

(1) Does the system take photo of the person writing exams just to be sure is the same person who is registered for the exam? (2) Also, if candidate is not happy with the score, can admin generate the candidate answer sheet showing questions passed and questions failed just to be sure there was no error in the total score? (3) Is there support for video and picture questions and video and picture multiple choice answer options? (4) Does it allow input of maths signs and formulas?
