How can I redefine the `url` constant so that it takes into account the URL of the local Laravel application (Laragon) on my Localhost ???

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing this product, but I need some clarification first:

1 . Cancellation Process: How does the cancellation system work? For example, is there a feature where, after a search, both the user and driver have a limited time (e.g., 5 minutes) to cancel the ride? Also, can this time limit be set from the admin panel? If the cancellation occurs after the allowed time, will a charge be automatically deducted from the user’s card?

2 . Payment Process: How does the payment system work? For instance, does the user need to add their card details when creating an account or before searching for a ride? And once the trip starts, is the payment automatically charged to the user’s card after the driver completes the trip?

We want to create an Uber-like app where customers can register and order their tanks. Is this possible with this app? Can it be installed and run on CPANEL, or is a VPS required? We’ve been long-time supporters of your platform, and we invested around $700 in the Bidding code and installation, hoping it would serve our core business needs. However, shortly after our app was completed, the Restart version was launched with many of the features we originally needed — and now it seems the Bidding version is no longer receiving updates or attention.

We understand progress requires new releases, but as a paying customer, we feel left behind. Being asked to pay over $600 again — plus purchase the Restart code — just to catch up feels unreasonable.

We respectfully request one of the following options:

A significant discounted migration path to Restart for existing customers.

An exchange credit toward Restart based on our previous purchase.

Or at least continued support and updates for the Bidding version if migration isn’t feasible.

Is it very useful to know the demand for trip requests by customers currently, or what do you use it for in your app? On the other hand, for a demand, let’s say about 1000 permanent users, what characteristics should the Linux server have where the backend will be installed? Do you use Firebase to send notifications only? About the request flow from the clients who make the request… Is the request sent to several drivers or is it sent to just one and if they reject it, is it sent to the next on a list? Regarding the price calculation, how do you do this using libraries or algorithms within the same app? Regarding payment, where I live, they offer very few online payment options, but they do exist, especially those related to QR payments from bank-linked accounts. Credit cards are rarely used by customers for these types of payments. Can I add this type of payment gateway? What options do I have for this?
