Does this system have a website or is it just the app mobil?
Great app. Hopefully your next release will have ability to add Deposit Amount to be added on payable amount when a user selects ‘without driver’ as well as insurance option. This would become refundable after x amount of days after the car has been returned to vendor and admin can then trigger a refund (after vendor confirmation that all is well with the car) of the deposit to the client who booked the vehicle. Also automated KYC is needed, this could be via a Sumsub api or similar for easy onboarding.
