1. Product Notes Not Visible in Seller App (Critical for Cake Orders) Currently, the Seller App does not display the Product Notes / Order Notes entered by customers. For cake businesses, customers usually mention name on cake, message text, special instructions, or customization details in the notes while placing the order.
Since these notes are not visible in the seller app, sellers cannot see what the customer has requested, which leads to incorrect preparation and poor customer experience.
Request: Please ensure that customer product notes appear clearly inside the Seller App for each order.
2. Add More Payment Gateways At present, payment gateway options are limited. Most customers prefer commonly used gateways such as:
Paytm
PhonePe
PayU
Cashfree
Request: Please integrate these payment gateways so buyers have more flexible and trusted payment options, which will increase order success rates.
3. Delivery Partner Details Not Showing in Seller App When an order is accepted by a delivery person, the delivery partner’s details (name, phone number, status) are not visible in the Seller App.
This makes it difficult for sellers to coordinate with delivery staff.

2. Online Payment Refund to Wallet Currently, there is no manual option in the admin panel to add online payment refunds directly to the customer wallet. This functionality is planned to give admins better control over refunds and wallet adjustments.
3. Wallet Top-up Pending Issue Wallet top-ups via payment gateway may sometimes show a pending status even after successful payment. We are improving the wallet settlement and sync flow to ensure balances update correctly.
4. Rider & Seller App Communication Currently, when a rider accepts an order:

1. Cash on Delivery – cash handling From the admin panel, the admin can track the cash collected by each delivery rider. The rider collects cash from the customer and later submits the collected amount to the admin office or warehouse, similar to the workflow used by large e-commerce platforms.
2. Who does the rider pay – admin or seller? The rider submits all collected cash to the admin, not directly to the seller.
3. Bank transfer / settlement option Currently, cash settlement is handled manually. Automated settlement via payment gateway or bank transfer is already part of our roadmap.
4. Category-based seller commission Yes, in the current system the admin can charge commission based on product categories.
5. Rider income calculation The system supports a structured rider income flow, including:

Why is there no option to change the language or in the admin panel?

The language change option is available in the admin panel, but it is not currently visible in the mobile view. It is accessible when using the desktop view.

Yes, the seller receives notifications when a new order is placed, as included in the latest update.
We are also planning to enhance the notification system in future updates, including custom notifications and customizable notification messages for better control and communication.

Restricting cart to a single seller Yes, the system supports both single-store checkout and multi-store checkout. You can restrict the cart to allow items from only one store at a time.
Order tracking with multiple sellers The delivery system works with one delivery partner per order. If an order contains items from multiple sellers, the delivery partner will pick up items from each store and then deliver the order to the customer.
Dedicated driver for a seller Currently, assigning a dedicated delivery driver per seller is not available. This feature is part of our roadmap, especially for self-delivery use cases.

In many smaller areas most shops don’t have a computer in-store, while nearly everyone has a smartphone. A seller app would greatly simplify onboarding and daily operations for these merchants and is essential to make the platform fully functional in my target locations.
I’m not trying to rush you, but the seller app is a critical requirement for me. I wont be able launch the service until the seller app is available, once it’s released I will test it immediately and try to make the whole system live. hi i run the code locally in my mac create seller store product brand deliverable zone but the product it doesnt shown in the frontend and when search by name it give error because the latitude and langitude are empty even after get location correctly also images not accepted even i changed the size in php.INI and in the validation request file if there is any advise how to solve those issues i search in docs but no think found also can the app display product without the delivery boy i didnt create a delivery boy?
