When we try to install the plugin we are getting the following error what can be the reason.

What is your market data source/provider for equities, indices, commodities and forex?
Do you support JSE equities AND JSE indices specifically (e.g., ALSI / Top 40), and which symbols/index codes?
Is the data delayed or real-time? If delayed, what is the delay (15 min / 20 min / EOD)?
Do I need to enter my own API key, or is data included via your service?
Any usage limits (requests/day), throttling, or “fair use” policy?
If your service is included, what happens if it goes offline / changes / exceeds limits?
Any additional fees for data access, now or later?
1. Massive stock widgets currently retrieves market data from Yahoo Finance endpoints. This includes equities, indices, commodities, and forex pairs available through their public data feeds.

3. Data updated every 30 minutes.
4. You do NOT need to provide your own API key. Data fetching is handled by the plugin.
5. Stock data is periodically fetched and cached in the WordPress database, so widgets load from cached data and normally avoid request-limit issues.
6. No additional fees required. The plugin depends on external market data providers.

Hi, pre-purchase questions: Does the plugin creates DB tables with all the symbols with all the datas fetched from yahoo (e.g. name, symbol, price, volume, company infos, etc..) once installed? Does it updates the list (by adding new listings and removing delisted etc)? Do we have any restrictions/limits based on how much we got hits/page views? Thanks.

Yes plugin creates DB tables but datas are fetched based on the widgets created with that symbols. Plugin wouldn’t fetch all the datas on installation. There won’t be any restrictions based on page views. Thanks.

Could you please confirm whether wp-admin is loading when the plugin is active, or is it only the front-end that’s going down?
Also, I noticed that you’re using an older plugin version (1.4.6). Please try updating it to the latest version (1.4.9.1) when possible.

Yes, our stock widgets plugin supports displaying a ticker for just one company.
You can show GIRIRAJ by creating any widgets like ticker, table, label, etc., and entering the symbol as GIRIRAJ-SM.NS. The widget will load and display only that stock’s data.
You can also create separate virtual page with company data for the symbol, so users can find the detailed information by adding dynamic widgets.

Yes, you can display Italian market stocks with the plugin. It supports international exchanges, including Borsa Italiana, so all you need to do is enter the correct ticker (for example: ENEL.MI, ISP.MI, etc.).
Once added, the widget will automatically pull the latest available data and keep it updated on your site.
i create AUDUSD I add AUDUSD in the list. the link is like this : site.com/stock/audusd=x
can i delete the =x part? my page is : site.com/stock/audusd

Sorry for delayed response, It’s not possible to change this — it’s a technical requirement for the data source. However, you can create a custom page manually and include the widgets there if you prefer.
I also checked your site, and the AUDUSD=X link is working fine — it doesn’t get deleted.

Data in Stocks is showing – last updated 20 hours ago. How frequently is data updated?
Data are updated every 15 minutes. Last updated shown is from Data source of Yahoo finance API. Also 20 hours ago are shown on weekends as stocks closes on friday and reopens on monday only.
Search is not working. On searching stock and after clicking on it nothing happens. I have already selected – Create Virtual Page in settings. Kindly guide.

Hi, I am on version 1.4.6 – when adding an asset I get this warning symbol and message “asset has been delisted / removed”. Please could you advise.
FYI – I am on the latest wordpress version 6.8.2. The plugin says: Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.
