The SMS functionality is available for events such as new case creation, new client, new hearing, etc. You can check this in the demo by logging in as a company and navigating to Settings → Twilio Settings.
If you need additional or custom SMS reminder logic (for example, scheduled reminders before hearing dates), that can also be implemented via custom development. Feel us to share your exact requirement on alpesh@workdo.io and we’ll be happy to guide you further.

I purchased the script with a Regular License and would like to install the product on my local server. I plan to add a language that isn’t currently included, remove a few unnecessary ones, and also modify the logo colors and other elements on the frontend. However, I couldn’t find any documentation explaining how to do this.
Could you please let me know if it’s possible to install the product on both a live server and a local server at the same time, and occasionally update the live version?
