We do not ship to clients, but rather order products to be shipped to us, which we hold for the client until the client picks their product up. Can the module help with that?

Hello. I have just purchased your module. It looks very promising. I cannot seem to add a “Recipient”. Your knowledgebase doesn’t relefct the actual interface and there is not “Add Recipent” button at all same as demo page. You can even check that in your demo version. it is not the same, Could you please help?
Also we are having 60k customers while you are using select options as normal in HTML, so it takes long time to download, while I am not having this issue in Invoices, Estimates in Perfex CRM as they are using auto select search feature which is not downloading all the customers list once page loads.

Hi. The current version does not support custom fields yet. However, we are currently working on adding this feature. Custom fields will be configurable based on each type of transaction.

I’m looking at both your Fleet Management and Logistics Management modules. While I understand they address different aspects of transportation, for my use case (similar to the workflow shown in the dumptruckticket.com link where customers book loads), it’s crucial that these two modules can seamlessly share data without redundancy or misalignment.
Specifically, if a customer fills out a shipper’s form (ideally integrated with the Logistics Management module) to book a load from one of our sites, how well does this data map to the Fleet Management module in terms of:
- Vehicle Assignment: Can the Logistics module efficiently identify and assign available vehicles (managed in the Fleet Management module) based on factors like location or vehicle type?
- Driver Assignment: Similarly, can drivers (managed potentially across both modules) be efficiently assigned to these loads, perhaps even filtered by their location relative to the pickup site?
- Data Consistency: How is data like locations, vehicle details, and potentially driver information kept consistent and synchronized between the two modules to avoid redundant entry and ensure accuracy across the system?
Essentially, while they are separate plugins, how well do they “talk” to each other to support an end-to-end logistics operation where customer booking seamlessly leads to efficient fleet and driver dispatch, all while maintaining data integrity?

GWGL. Suppose i have 2 branches, Branch 1 collects shipments from many customers and sending to Branch 2 for delivery and vice versa. how to handle this? Have any option in multiple shipment feature? If the parcel sends on behalf of a credit customer, we should be able to generate invoice for any period (say monthly). Are there any reports to help the finance team to track the payments?
Hi, You can create a shipment and then create multiple shipment tracking steps as follow: Tracking 1: Receive parcel from customer at Branch 1 Tracking 2: Transfer shipment from Branch 1 to Branch 2 Tracking 3: Deliver parcel from Branch 2 to the recipient Each tracking will be recorded in the Tracking History. Both you and the customer can view the detailed tracking history of the shipment.
In the Shipping menu, you can use the Create Multiple Shipment button.
Currently, after creating a shipment, you must create and pay the invoice before proceeding with shipment actions (such as shipment tracking, delivery the shipment). To meet your workflow, you can first create a Credit Note for the customer (via Sales → Credit Notes) as a prepaid amount. Then, apply the credit note to the invoice generated from the shipment. After successfully applying the invoice with the credit note and the invoice status changes to Paid, you can create shipment tracking and deliver the shipment.
Because both shipment and locker package have invoice creation functions, you can refer to the Invoices Report in Reports->Sales
Hello, I want to buy this module but have these questions:
1. Is it possible to create a shipment linked to different invoices from different customers and make them to track their parcels using invoice code from Perfex CRM?
Actually I am sending parcels for customers from country A to country B and would want each customer to track their shipment using invoice code.
2. Does it offer option for me to create a tracking shipment and give that code to customers to track on a page where they have to enter that code as DHL tracking works? Then they can see entire journey of a parcel
3. Does it give option to update tracking steps for example: Accepted, picked up, departed from airport, in transit, custom clearance, arrived, ready for pick, collected or delivered ?
4. Can I create many shipments and update them together with single click. Let’s say I have created 30 shipments and sent them in same ship or flight and want to update the location state do I have to update one by one or can choose single action to update location/status for all since they are sent together and they are on same place. Then each customer can track using their shipment code
5. Do customers have to be logged in to track a shipment or their is public page where they can enter their tracking code without being logged in

1. Currently, each shipment can only be linked to one invoice. Customers will need to track their parcels using the shipment tracking number. You can send the tracking number to your customers via the “Send Mail” feature.
2. You can use the send mail function above to send shipment tracking number. And we provide a public tracking page where customers can enter their tracking number and track the route.
3. Yes, you can update shipment statuses using two features: - Shipment Tracking: for updating the status and location of the shipment. - Delivery the Shipment: to confirm delivery and capture the receiver’s signature.
4. You can create multiple shipments at once using the “Create Multiple Shipment” feature. However, you currently need to update each shipment status individually. Bulk status update is not yet supported.
5. They can still track shipments without logging in, we have a Tracking page available on the customer portal.
Can I get “Bulk status update” feature even as custom job? I am ready to buy this module

Hello, I am back and willing to buy this module but still want an idea of how much it will cost me to customize. I don’t want to buy and be stiuck with expensive price I can’t afford. Because I want to be able to create multiple shipments for multiple customers and update them at one go.
Because it doesn’t make sense when sending parcels for 80 customers inside 1 container and to update location you have to make 80 update while all parcels are inside a single container.
Can I see a link to shipment tracking page and a tracking code to use and see the result?

Does it have Dedicated Consolidation Features:or a dedicated workflow for combining multiple separate incoming packages.
Any remarks on this? Detailed Warehouse Management: While inventory management might be a separate module and I already have that, the core logistics module’s capabilities in terms of detailed warehouse operations (location tracking, specific receiving workflows) are not clear from the overview and the video you have on YT.
This module already has a consolidation feature used to consolidate packages or shipping. The current version has not integrated with the Inventory module yet. We will integrate it in the future.

I was using the demo, and when creating a sender and recipient, it would be very helpful to have the option to do it from the same view, without having to go out and take extra steps. In addition, it would be convenient to be able to create the destination addresses directly in this same form, which would reduce rework and facilitate the user experience.
It would also be helpful to display the phone number and allow searching by phone number.
Finally, is there an external view or URL where the customer can enter the package tracking number and check its status?”
