I am evaluating MultiGig to build a guest post / content placement marketplace (similar to Digital PR platforms).

Before purchasing, I would like to confirm a few important points:

Can a service delivery be a published URL/link (instead of a downloadable file)?

Does the checkout form builder allow adding custom fields such as:

Brief / instructions

Target URL

Anchor text

Notes

Attachments and are these saved inside the order for the seller?

Can sellers accept or reject an order before starting work?

Is there an order workflow like: pending → accepted → in progress → delivered → completed (and can statuses be customized)?

Can the platform be used as B2B / private marketplace, where prices and purchase button are visible only after login or only for admin-approved users?

Is it possible to disable public browsing completely if needed?

1) service delivery can be anything but it will be shared manually by seller to customer using platform live chat
once customer marks order as completed, the order considered as completed

2) yes you can use the form builder to add those fields for checkout form

3) yes, they are saved insider the order

4) the stauses are pending , completed , rejected. it cannot be customizable. I will note your suggested statuses too

2. To protect the buyer, can the admin set the time to hold the seller’s money? For example: 1 order is completed, the seller’s money is pending for 7 days. Then it is transferred to complete, then the seller can make a withdraw order.

I have purchased and installed the script on my website and added Arabic as an additional language through the admin panel. However, when adding any project or service—whether through the admin panel or the regular user dashboard—it is mandatory to fill out all fields in both English and Arabic. This is quite exhausting, as all fields must be completed twice. Additionally, some users may not be familiar with one of the two languages, making it difficult for them to fill out the fields.

I would like your help in making the fields optional so that a service or project can be added in just one language without being required to fill out all languages.
