I strongly advise new buyers to think twice before purchasing this SaaS.
After the last 2–3 updates, the campaign sending feature stopped working, with campaigns stuck in a pending state. from day one..their campaign function is not upto mark..This is a core functionality issue, yet no proper solution was provided by support.
The most concerning part is the lack of professional customer support. Ticket replies are often: • One-line responses • Dismissive and unhelpful • Lacking any troubleshooting or investigation • Simply telling customers to “read the documentation”
Some responses also show attitude and ego, making it feel like the customer is at fault for reporting issues.
It’s important to note that Envato provides 6 months of free support with this product. During this period, it is the author’s responsibility to help resolve customer issues, especially when core features break after updates. Asking customers to repeatedly read documentation instead of investigating the problem does not meet the expectation of paid support.
Support also shifts responsibility entirely to the customer by blaming server, queue, Redis, or performance issues, even though the product itself depends on these components to function correctly.
Documentation is helpful, but it cannot replace real support, especially when updates introduce problems.
If you expect responsive, respectful support and proper issue handling during the included support period, please consider this carefully before purchasing.
First, Envato’s support policy clearly defines what is included and what is not included in item support. Item support does not cover server administration, performance tuning, queue management, Redis configuration, or scaling shared hosting environments. These responsibilities remain with the buyer.
Our product explicitly depends on proper server resources, queue workers, and Redis. These requirements are clearly mentioned in our documentation, on the item description page, and in previous support replies provided to you.
In your case, the product is being run on shared hosting with multiple tenants while processing more than 25,000 campaign records. Expecting near-real-time campaign execution under such conditions is technically unrealistic and not related to a defect in the product.
Regarding the claim that campaigns remain in a pending state: this behavior occurs when queue workers or required services are not configured correctly on the server. This is a server-side limitation, not a core functionality issue.
Our support team did investigate the issue and advised a server upgrade, which is the correct and responsible technical recommendation. Referring buyers to documentation is not dismissive; it is necessary because the product must be configured exactly as documented to function correctly.
Included Envato support does not mean acting as a dedicated freelancer or managing individual server infrastructure. It is guidance-based support, not managed hosting or custom DevOps services.
We always aim to remain respectful and professional. At the same time, buyers are expected to carefully read the documentation, follow system requirements, and use appropriate hosting for SaaS-level workloads.
This product works reliably when used as designed and documented.
We appreciate constructive feedback, but statements that ignore documented requirements or misrepresent Envato’s support policy do not reflect the actual situation.
Do the received messages include a source? For example, if it says “I’m from a paid advertising campaign,” does it indicate that?

I noticed that the current version of your product lacks QR-code authentication for unofficial (Web-based) WhatsApp connections. This functionality is critical for our workflow and seamless messenger integration.
Do you have plans to implement this authorization method in the near future? We’ve observed that several other SaaS platforms already support connection via QR-code scanning (utilizing the WhatsApp Web js protocol), but we haven’t seen this feature in your service yet.

We don’t have plan for that. That’s not official method to send messages. Meta may block your number permenently.

Just to confirm, I’m not saying they (Tenants) don’t need a verified app to have a WABA number, but rather, if the “Super Admin Account” needs a verified Meta app for the tenant’s WABA to function, you understand?
As those we need to record the application videos, how it uses the permit, etc. and send it for the Meta to approve, correct?
Tenant s don’t require verified app. But they must require valid waba number.

Will you be building the option for tenants to authenticate using the QR code scanner option for WhatsApp web anytime soon? This is because using the Meta’s official Whatsapp goes through the embedded signup process which needs a verified business and this process can be very tricky. It will be good if tenants can just scan the QR code in the application and login into their WhatsApp as they would do on any browser. Is this feature coming anytime soon because other apps have this option?
The concept you’re asking about is not offered by the official Meta Cloud API. It involves reverse engineering, which could potentially lead to your number being blocked in the future. We do not plan to implement this feature.
Coexistence does not work in South Africa meaning once you add the number to the application it cannot work on the phone and so you will not be able to answer any incoming whatsapp calls. Please can you suggest a workaround to this issue?

if you are talking about audio notes then yes. this feature is already avaiable.
Do we need a VPS for this, or will it work on Hostinger shared hosting as well?
If it does work on shared hosting, please confirm whether audio message sending will also function properly on shared hosting.
we dont recommand to use shared hosting as this is saas application. however, it works on shared hosting too. but if you want performance then use vps.

So with tracking and if a cart is abandoned for more than x hours/days it will send a reminder via WhatsApp? For woocommerce you can develop a simple WordPress plugin, Shopify already has API for cart recovery.
