pre purchase query, how long video can be created and which api affordable api ypu are using
Currently, the API can generate videos up to 8 seconds long. We are using an affordable third-party AI video generation API to keep the cost low while maintaining good quality.
If we are the ones willing or presently paying for gemini service,shouldnt we be allowed to make videos longer than 8 seconds.Have you seen lately how shorts on Youtube streaming longer than that?
Sir, this is the limitation of Gemini that they don’t provide videos longer than 8 seconds.
For marketing ads thats useless,then the most logical option to have other alternatives-time to move on from google products.

Can you guys please consider adding the ability to allow admin users the ability to use the service as well without needing a account for it.Lets face it,payment providers do not allow self payments to yourself,this is a huge red flag,we should be able as admin users once again be allowed to use it too.

From my experience, lead conversions tend to be much better when there’s a free trial or some sort of credits available. After all, as the saying goes, “No one is going to buy the cow if they can’t sample its milk.”
Furthermore, it would also be valuable to allow the editing of users’ subscription plans from the admin side. We could adopt a method similar to the one used to credit users in our ad network script, where we manage this efficiently and transparently.

i dont understand why i would need extra paid customization services with this request,when its quite obvious,these features should have been included when you first launched the script.How else is the admin support to take advantage of the features/functions of the script too?Also offering free trails or options,is the now accepted business model tactic,why wasnt it included as a option,when u launched the script?Without those option,its makes it useless for admin use and for marketing its also dead without it.Bottom line,as end users we too want to make money,it just cant be just codecanyon and developer enjoying that perk.

I know you’re very busy, but a new version is needed to fix some of the problems. I’ve had the script for four months, and I’ve stopped the project because it’s not a minimum viable product.
There are minor issues, but the fact that it doesn’t recognize the size selections is a major problem.

I have been trying to solve a critical issue with this script for over 10 days, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The Problem: The core video generation feature is fundamentally broken. It fails inconsistently, sometimes working and sometimes giving a vague “Operation not started properly” error. This makes the main selling point of the script completely unreliable for a live business. The Support Experience: This is the worst part. The support team at ViserLab has been terrible. They refuse to acknowledge the bug: Despite providing them with all the evidence, they repeatedly blame my server, even though it is a high-performance VPS that has been professionally configured. They ignore evidence: Their own developer managed to generate ONE video on my server, which PROVES the server is working fine. When I pointed this out, they ignored it and continued to blame my “hosting”. They offer no real solutions: Instead of fixing the bug in their own code, their only “solution” is to try and sell me their own hosting service or tell me to move to a new server, which is unprofessional and unhelpful.
