I recently purchased your item on CodeCanyon and I need technical assistance. However, when I try to enter my purchase code on your support portal, it returns the following message:
“This purchase code is valid on Envato, but not for our products.”
The purchase code is valid on Envato, and I can see it in my account, but your system does not recognize it.
Additionally, I cannot find any alternative support channel on CodeCanyon (no contact form, no email, no ticket system). Because of this, I am currently unable to access support for the product I purchased.
Could you please guide me on how to properly access support? If there is a specific portal, registration process, or license activation step required, I would appreciate detailed instructions.
