I understand the need for a paid support period for technical issues, but this is not a support-related request. The issue is that your license management system is not allowing me to reinstall the script on a subdomain of the same main domain where it was previously installed.
Since your license reset system in the dashboard is not working, I simply need my license to be reset so I can continue using the product I purchased. This is a basic license function, not an additional support service.
If your system worked correctly, I wouldn’t need to contact you for this. Asking me to extend my support period just to reset a license seems unreasonable. Kindly reset my license as expected for legitimate reinstallation cases.

I purchased the script a few weeks ago. Today I decided to use it but after installing, Google Chrome give me this error:
“Dangerous site Attackers on the site you tried visiting might trick you into installing software or revealing things like your passwords, phone, or credit card numbers. Chrome strongly recommends going back to safety.”
Google Search Console, this is the security issue it detects:
“1 issue detected Google has detected harmful content on some of your site’s pages. We recommend that you remove it as soon as possible. Until then, browsers such as Google Chrome will display a warning when users visit or download certain files from your site.”
But google doesn’t provide the pages with these issues.
How can I fix this

7. Once approved, are the escrow funds transferred to the seller’s withdrawal balance?
8. How do they withdraw funds? Is it manual or automated via PayPal, etc?

Interested in buying it. I ran through the admin dashboard and front end to test its features. I have a question, although the admin dashboard is showing 20+ Online and automated payment methods. I can’t see a button to add any other payment method such as Payoneer or Wise. Is it done manually with your support? If yes, then what would you charge for that?

Thanks for the response but this Manual gateway option which I already saw before leaving comment, and it only allows you to mention manual details such as Bank name, account number etc so that customers pay us manually.
