I it possible to make the duration more than 7 days. Ie a ten day guided tour for a holiday website.

Yes, it is absolutely possible to set a duration longer than 7 days in WP Timetics.

You can create multi-day bookings or events by defining a start date and an end date, so a 10-day guided tour or holiday package can be managed without any issue.

But in WP Timetics, like 1 January to 10th January, you can not book this range; you have to book 10 dates separately. For that, you can check our Eventin: https://themewinter.com/eventin/ It will be suitable for your holiday pack selling.

Hi Guys,

I have just downloaded and installed the plugin. It gives me this notice: “View version 1.0.31 details” but it won’t give me the option to manually update the plugin via WordPress.

And I also get an error on the license page with this notice: Unexpected Application Error! 404 Not Found Hey developer You can provide a way better UX than this when your app throws errors by providing your own ErrorBoundary or errorElement prop on your route.

Please send me the latest version so I can install, activate and set up my booking system ASAP!!

When I downloaded the plugin via support page, I got the latest version of the plugin. The previous version I downloaded directly from the dashboard.

Presale question: is there possible to use to just 1 event in 1 day, just show the seats plan without multi steps? – Ex: User enter to the page and inmediately see the seats plan to choice the seat(s) and go to pay?

Yes, in our system, you can absolutely arrange a single event in one day. However, when users visit the booking page, they’ll first need to select the date and time — after that, the seat map will appear for them to choose their seats.

Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.

Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.

Please help me get a persistent example where I can log in and test everything. Thank you.

It’s a shame that such a good plugin has such slow support.

It’s disappointing how long it takes to respond to your support tickets. And its updates are rarely for improvement, the plugin has too many problems that it is not even completed or finished yet. It has too many bugs that take light years to fix.

It’s a shame but I found a better alternative similar to this plugin and unfortunately I will leave alone this plugin that was proposed to be the best reservation system with all its roadmap.

But I repeat, the lack of communication with the support team, the plugin that is not yet finished and the large number of errors have been enough to say enough is enough. It makes them lose more clients, more money and time and at the same time they lose clients…

They made me improve my review, but I would definitely give them 2 star.

Hey! Last update are not working right!

When you enter > Bookings > Booking Questions this appears: Ooops! “Something’s Wrong. Please try again or let us know if the issue’s still here.” We are losing clients!!!

And also the Reminder Email (Teams and users), After Booking is Rescheduled Email (Teams and users) are not sent, instead “After Booking is Rescheduled email” the email is being sent “After Booking Confirmation”.

When will they have this plugin working correctly?

Their support is terrible and the plugin simply generates a lot of problems because after a year it is not even finished!!!!!!!!!

and on the front it doesn’t show the questions. Please fix this error soon.

The error occurs when I activate Timetics and it always gives us that error even when we activate WP_Debug.

When trying to log in and create a blog post, a new page, or configure the site, we get the message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator email inbox for instructions.” also is the last version.

And it gives us this error data.

You will be happy to know that, this plugin (TimeTics) works very well with Elementor and any themes in WordPress. As our system operates using Shrotcdes and shortcodes is working very fine on any WordPress ecosystem.

Yes obviously, if you reserve a seat then it will occupied until a time limit before the payment is done. The next customer will get it as booked. And you can change the background layout of your seat map. But we have only 2 styles of chair.

For this, we have a local payment system. So when you only enable the “LocalPayment” method it will show your status as pending when anyone submits a booking request. So in this way, you can take payment after the meeting is done.
