Sorry, but Smart Hospital ( latest version 6.0) currently only supports PHP version 8.1. We have also replied you for this in your Support ticket #9416 at our support portal.

Some major features are missing, such as Pharmacy Purchase Return, Purchase Order, Pharmacy Sales Return, Sales Order, Inventory Purchase Return, and Inventory Purchase Order. These purchase and sales return options are essential for all hospitals, as they must be reflected in billing credits for both vendors and patients.
Additionally, if you include new features such as Odontograms (Dental Management), Ophthalmology (Eye Management), and Vaccination Management, the system will become a complete and fully equipped HMS software solution.

Some features you mentioned such as Pharmacy Purchase Return, Purchase Order, Pharmacy Sales Return, Sales Order, Inventory Purchase Return, and Inventory Purchase Order are currently not available as separate modules in Smart Hospital. These specific purchase and sales return workflows are curently not part of the existing system.But we will try to add these features in upcoming updates of Smart Hospital.
However, for Pharmacy Sales Return, Smart Hospital already provides a Refund option within the Pharmacy module. While there is no separate “Sales Return” screen, you can process medicine returns directly by editing the same pharmacy bill and entering the refund details in the Refund Amount section. This automatically updates the bill and reflects the refund on the invoice, ensuring proper billing adjustment for patients.
At present, separate purchase return or purchase order features for Pharmacy and Inventory are not included. However we will try to add these features in upcoming updates of Smart Hospital.
Regarding the Odontograms and Ophthalmology features you shared, please note that these modules are not currently available in Smart Hospital; however, we will try to add them in upcoming updates of Smart Hospital. To help us understand your requirements clearly, we request you to share the detailed workflow and expected functionality for both Odontograms (Dental) and Ophthalmology. Why is the OPD (Out-Patient) Prescription module missing in the demo version? If I purchase the software, will I receive the version with the Prescription feature or the version without Prescription?
The prescription menu for OPD patients is already available in Smart Hospital, and for this, you should click on the Visit tab in the OPD patient profile. Smart Hospital currently doesn’t have an SAAS version; however, we are working on its SAAS version, and it will take time to release and SAAS addon is expected release in 2 – 3 months.

In Smart Hospital, Patient IDs are generated automatically when you add a new patient. You can use this unique Patient ID to access the patient’s general information and records. still no option to print bills on thermal printer
Smart Hospital supports only A4 printing for invoices, receipts, bills, etc., and does not currently support thermal printing and we will try to add this feature in upcoming updates.

just tested your live demo with a thermal receipt printer, and it prints just fine..
Smart Hospital currently supports A4-size printing only (around 210 mm / 8-inch width). Some thermal printers, especially 80 mm (3-inch) models, can still print the A4 layout if the printer automatically scales the page, which is why it may appear to work on your device. However, thermal printing formats are not supported in Smart Hospital at the moment, and 58 mm (2-inch) receipts are also not supported.
hi team as i check in demo version in pharmacy or other , there is i find one issue with bill if we enter like 100 Rs mrp then it out 5% gst on that amount while if we want to enter gst included price then it should automatically calculate 5% GST after that , how is that possible in your software rest all many things is ok like we want to put rate including gst and gst calcultae automatiocally in that amount , not excluded gst
Please note, in Smart Hospital tax is calculated after the entered price (pre-tax). Entering a tax-inclusive price and calculating tax backward is not currently supported, so curently the tax calculation you mentioned is not possible.
my questions for admin about discussion with a nursing home, kindly give me the answers so i can buy this asap for a nursing home:
1. how to set doctor commission per visit wise so, at the report section i can check doctor income
2. how to sale medicine as retails, many nursing home have two options, one is for IPD patients and also pharmacy sale medicines as retail for outsider
3. after discharge, how to check total due and clearance report from all department wise in a single report to get discharge

In Smart Hospital your admin panel login url is http://yourdomain/site/login Here superadmin, admin, doctor, accountant or any staff can be login through their email id and password.
And user/patient panel login is http://yourdomain/site/userlogin Here only patient can login through their username and password.
Please check you are login with right panel with right credentials.

whats the default username and password for the superadmin please
There is no default superadmin login for Smart Hospital. The superadmin username and password are the credentials you entered under Admin User Details during installation. If you can’t remember them, please try the Forgot Password option on the login page. Further if you are still facing same issue then please open support or general ticket at our support portal https://support.qdocs.net/ or you can also email us at support@qdocs.net . So our technical support team will help and solve it.
