So you are saying that everything is working — astrologers are able to chat with users and the location feature is functioning — but it is not appearing in the demo. Could you please share a video showing an astrologer chatting with a user so I can verify it?
Location features work with GMAPS API, in Demo you cannot use that however it work in your code if you will add the APIs as required.
We dont provide any videos & private demo.

What do you mean by usable in french as agent language or platform language support?

Your product is already very good and impressive. Your team has done an excellent job. There are just a few small minor gaps, and once those are addressed, the product will move from being 99% perfect to 100% perfect.
- Force Update: The force app update feature is already integrated, where a popup appears when a new app version is available. Currently, this popup can be skipped. kindly make the update compulsory so that whenever a new version is released, users/astrologers must update the app and cannot skip it. This will ensure that everyone always uses the latest version of the app.
- Product Store Design: Revamp the store product archive and product detail page design to make it more modern and unique like (astrotalk.store) , providing a fresh, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing shopping experience.
- Integrate an auto-updater system for the website and backend, similar to available in popular scripts such as 6amMart or 6Valley etc. This system should allow update files (ZIP) to be uploaded to the server and executed via update panel, automatically updating the website files and database to new version. This feature would make future updates easier, faster, and more secure, significantly reducing manual work and the risk of errors.
- Webp convert system: Currently, images are being uploaded in their original format, which is causing a significant increase in disk usage. kindly integrate an automatic image conversion system that converts all uploaded images into WebP format. This will ensure that any image uploaded is automatically converted to WebP, resulting in approximately 70–80% reduction in image size while maintaining the same image quality. additionally, implementing WebP image conversion will further improve website speed and performance, as smaller image sizes will reduce load time significantly.
- Currently, in some places within the app and website, names like Astroway / Astropro are hardcoded. Kindly replace these hardcoded values with dynamic attributes linked to the app name and website name. This way, if the app or website name is changed in the future, it will automatically update everywhere without requiring manual changes. This will improve maintainability and enhance the overall user experience.
- Sometimes, the website takes a very long time to load or certain sections remain stuck while opening. Kindly look into this issue and fix it if possible, as it affects the overall user experience and performance.
Apart from this, everything else is good. The design, features, and overall functionality are all top-notch.
