Barber app is where barbers can manage their appointments only. While Salon is the app where salon can manage everything like all appointments, services, profile, barbers, and all other details.
How can we change the currency? I brought the other app as well which comes with the admin panel, but I cant find a way to change the $ sign

Hello I’d like you to explain this to me : Normally, taxes are also considered as a gain for the platform. But they don’t appear in any of the administrator’s tabs. When the customer places a prepaid order, there is no trace of the tax, but we are sure that it will be paid into the payment method’s account. Now, if the customer places an order to be paid after the service, the salon will recover all the funds, including the tax. At no point is the tax deducted from the salon’s wallet, only the platform’s commission is deducted from the wallet.

I have a concern about the commissions. How does the platform take its commission knowing that the customer has chosen payment after service and the salon has only $0 in the wallet?
The wallet goes into minus balance, and whenever someone makes pre-paid orders, it gets settled.
What do you propose as a future solution? Because according to what you’ve just said, it’s not advantageous for the platform insofar as all customers decide to pay after the service.
Hm, Will sure take this into consideration and make something where salons can only offer pay at salon option if they have min balance in their wallet.

We really appriciate suggestions from interested persons, and we do work on them for sure. There are many sevral updates took place inbetween, we have notified our development team and they will surely work in this if it is suggested many times and seems truly required.
The update is here and it includes your concern. There is a limit added like how much minus your account can go if your customers choose Post pay. Once, limit is exhausted, the post-pay option will be disabled and salons can’t turn it on back, unless the amount comes in positive out of the limit.

If you’re thinking of creating a staff app, then add an option to assign categories to each staff member. Because if the salon offers several categories of services, you’d also need to be able to designate the staff capable of working in these different categories.

When a customer books a makeup service, can the system ensure that the booking is assigned only to the staff specializing in makeup?
2. Staff Availability for Slots: While I can see that the app allows management of availability and slots, is it possible to assign staff-specific availability for slots? For instance, if a makeup specialist only works evenings on two specific days per week, can this be reflected in the scheduling?

3. Salon widthdraw the payment request or salon staff widthdraw the payment request. Let say salon have 5 staff and each staff required to withdraw their payment ? Or the owner of the salon widthdraw the payment behalf of all the staff

This app is for salon booking. So Make sure that it meets your requirements first. And regarding other things, it doesn’t have the features you are asking as of now. They can come in upcoming updates in future.
