It’s saying Get method is not supported for route user/sent whatsapp custom text/plain text. Supported methods:POST. And not able to send using APP API as well.

After updating to version 5, we have observed that both the webhook and chatbot functionalities are not working as expected.
We would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide guidance on resolving it at the earliest.
After sending emails to support, no response regarding the webhook & chatbot not working on v5. webhook issues has been long time no fix. I had to fix them by myself to get everything working well as it used to be.
I already had clients and version 5 stopped working. I hope CodeCanyon can do something about this seller, either refund our money or send us a product without errors.

now in pm2 whatserver is running but in application its shows that server is offline.
before it went offline, qr wasn’t loading.
After update the version need re-create the node apl and the node version should be v22

Node.js v22.21.0
There are 2 major issues in the new version.
1. /var/www/html/sessions/ writing lot of files, which causes disk space full issue and we have to delete daily
2. All devices logout daily, we have to scan daily
Please help me urgently with these 2 issues.
I haven’t been able to install the new version for some time now, even after requesting a reset of my old installation on October 29, 2025. I’ve already contacted support, but no one has responded, and they won’t reset my old installation so I can install it on the new domain.
